if i could give zero starts i would. extreamly horrible service, not only that but the costumer service is even worse. the lady inside raised her voice at me for no reason. i was just asking some simple questions. while every other employee just watched & didn’t say anything. everyone at this location just wants to make a quick buck for a very cheap service. worst costumer service ever.! never waste your time here!

This the worst place ever to get your nails done I mean seriously!!! The lady that did my nails she was so rude and harsh. This worst experience I ever had. Horrible customer service. My nail was so uneven and design was not matching with the other nails thank god I went to different nails salon and they fixed them good customer service. Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME HERE RUN!!! And the price is not worth of the quality.

Me and my husband get pedicures once a month here when I tell you they scrub your feet really clean them. Also I get my eyebrows waxed she keep them looking right for me. So if you're ever in the area this is the place.

Please do not waste your money here the foot lady doesn’t supposed to be doing nails & still charged me for these uneven bad shaped nails and she tried to argue with me about how I like my nails .Service: Acrylic nails

Highly disappointed!!! We have gone here several times to get my daughters nails done and they have always lasted! Well today 5 mins after leaving her nails are completely messed up and the lady did a horrible job!!

Sometimes they close early. But just call ahead to find out if they are closing at 7 or 7:30. Otherwise they did a good job on my pedicure

Rude! And they changed the price the I asked before hand was told one price got French Tips and when paying she charged me another saying that it was what she told me when clearly what she said was the same as the sign above her head and then refused to do my brows because I called the nail tech out on her bs! Haven’t returned and will not.

I THOUGHT THAT SINCE I GOT MY NAILS AND FEET DONE THERE AT LEAST THREE TIMES THERE AND TIP WELL THAT WHEN MY ONE NAIL BROKE AFTER TWO WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT FREE, NOOOOOO, THEY CHARGED ME $7.00!!! THE ???? IS NEVER EVER THE PROBLEM, IT'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT COMES WITH IT!! I'LL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!!

New to neighborhood, visit this location on 02/9/23. I arrived at 5:30 and requested manicure and pedicure with designs. The lady available did my pedicure and the gentleman did my manicure. The work was amazing. I gave both $10 each in cash. The reason for the 1 star is for the simple fact I paid with my credit total for service was $75, which I signed my receipt $0 tip since I paid in cash. The charge pended for the $75 until 02/13/23. It went from $75 to $80 withdrawn from my account. I called the business and she says no manager, I called 6 times over a two day period. I finally had to dispute the charge after going up there and being advised manager is not in. Please check your receipt and bank statement. They are adding additional monies that do not BELONG to them. Great work, VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Word of caution.Services: Manicure

Went in lady was rude all she cared about was being on the phone, I steady kept saying I’ll get the gel she kept sending me to the guy that apparently didn’t know how to do gel definitely wouldn’t recommend this place I like how the other girl does it but she was busy she’ll lose good business & Tips because the lack of professionalism from the others…. Yeah I’m not coming back here!
