Shout out to National Seating & Mobility. Nicholas Garber, ATP- Nicholas came to our home to meet my mother ( Glenda) to get to know her and her needs for a mobility scooter. He was very professional and before he left our home he was had already started building the scooter that she would receive. Fast forward a month and he delivered her scooter today. He went over everything single thing about her scooter and asked several times if we had any questions for him. His customer service skills are top shelf. Truly appreciated all of Maria’s help getting my daughter’s equipment ordered. The process was very easy and you are kept informed the entire way. Mr Lopez did an excellent job inspecting and fixing my power wheel chair. He was kind, informative and very knowledgeable about my permobile power chair. He not only noticed the mechanical side but also the exterior and recommended how to make the chair stay in great shape. Highly recommend his services.

We used the Tampa office at branch 143 and they were fabulous! Everything went fast and both men who were here were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, especially Cory. National Sesting & Mobility is the supplier I would recommend to my family for anyone needing a power chair. Laura Frey came to our home and worked alongside a Physical Therapist to properly determine exactly what my disability required as well as all my body measurements. She followed up extensively with my doctor to get all the required documentation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Then Cory Dalzell delivered and did fine tuning to truly make this power chair fit my body. He was fantastic at getting everything just right. Then Cory trained me how to operate all the special features of my new chair. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate all the efforts National Seating & Mobility put into making a perfect chair for me.
