They advertise a 5.2% finance on a car loan at 72 months with approved credit. My credit score was 799 which is considered excellent I am in the top 10% of Americans with good credit or you could say best credit navy federal came back and told me that my loan to be 9.9% for my new car, well I think that is a total joke military members being treated like garbage and being treated to pay high interest rates when they have good credit ratings and being in the Navy, my credit score is probably the top 1% because most military veterans far between 500 and 600 if not lower I went to BMO Harris bank and got 7.5% and didn’t even belong to the bank but yet we’ve been a navy federal credit union member since 2016 and that’s how they treat you buy stealing money from you and giving you a 9.9% on a car loan when you have excellent credit so don’t take their advertisements as true because they’re all misleading and it’s all a lie we are gonna be closing. All of our accounts are in 80 federal just over this one simple loan that we wanted to get for a car because you lied to us.

Would give 0 stars if I could Melanie was unprofessional. My card was stolen. She failed to have my card overnight to the bank which prevented me from checking into my hotel. This totally ruined my trip to Tampa I am seriously considering closing my account.

My father's account was compromised by his wife. We went to this branch and were taken care of by Myja. She was amazing. It was a long hard process with a 91 yo gentleman at her desk, who had a very difficult time getting there a remaining there due to pain. She was very competent, kind, understanding and showed she cared. Took us through everything to be sure we were well informed and understood every aspect of what was going on and gave us many options. She also gave us other ideas to help in general for things to do when someone is scammed. Covered all the bases. It was a hard process but she made it seem like it was it was no problem. My father felt safe and assured after we were finished, as did I. This Credit Union is fantastic. Everyone was so very kind. Thank you!

Been with several banks in the past, Navy by far is the best one. The staff is very professional and friendly. It's never a wait and if so, it's very quick. I love the interest rates and discounts u get being a member.

Good morning everyone, when I arrived at Navey Federal this morning Noone said good morning or how can I help you. I proceeded to walk to the waiting area to be called to the next tell because I was the only one standing the and still no good morning. Then an mechanical work cam up in line the teller close to the door said good morning to him and offered him service he hesitate because he acknowledged me stand in line first however she still ignored me then the teller in the middle c4133 finally call me up I did my transaction I asked a simple question regarding my all funds being available she rolled her eye I mean the disrespect but may God bless both of the teller, because clear they both have a evil spirit

Nice looking branch. No wait time both times I went. Workers are nice and patient. However I’m rating 4/5 starts because when I needed a card closed, the worker closed the wrong card and I had to come back and get a new card.

The service I received from Hanni at the S Dale Mabry branch today was below average. I have gotten several legal documents notarized at this branch because it is free as a member. Hanni refused to notarize my document because he felt it was not formatted properly to which he was very proud of himself for stating. Not only did he refuse to notarize my legal document but he kept a very sarcastic tone and smirk on his face the entire time. I left and went to UPS where they notarized my document with no issue whatsoever.So instead of utilizing my membership with NFCU and getting it notarized for free, I instead had to pay for the notary as well as waste time driving to UPS.Overall, a terrible experience at this branch today and I would like to know what the branch supervisor is going to do to make sure this does not happen to myself or any other service memebers again.

The worst branch ever and don’t even try to help military members I lost my wallet and not from the state of Florida and these people telling me I can only get a 100 dollars out my account since they can’t verify me but yet I have my college picture I’d and I have my teco light bill and lease and I have a code word for my account so I don’t understand whats the point of having a code word for my account that only I know when it can’t help me to get a new card . I use to love this bank I’ve had them for years when stationed in Germany but now I see they aren’t such a good bank in the states. If I could I would give zero stars.

I went today in this branch to cash a check and do a wire transfer. There was a bit of a wait to see a banker and after about 45 minutes someone proceeded to see me. To my dismay, they stopped doing wire transfers at that exact time I was seen; even though I had waited for someone. It’s extremely frustrating when you take an hour out of your day only to be told it can’t be done because the bank didn’t prioritize time sensitive matters when they knew there was a time cutoff. I’m extremely disappointed in Navy Federal after this experience.
