Salesman told me the bike was 100% mint. Received it from out of state and it had engine problems, fuel tank was faded and wheel was scratched, etc. I stupidly overpaid for the bike (my fault) These guys are VERY dishonest, do not buy a bike from here. I called afterward and they wouldn’t even answer my calls and had a major attitude and hung up. I reported them to the BBB.

Great place to buy that Ducati you’ve been eying. Super knowledgeable staff that actually ride themselves. Onsite service too which is convenient. Overall great experience!

I had a bad experience with this dealership. Tried to get a New Ducati scrambler from them. They gave me verbal confirmation on the price and said it was valid for two days. We agreed that I will pay in full for the motorcycle. When I went to buy the motorcycle 2 days later like we agreed upon, he said that he doesn't remember the amount we agreed upon. This is where the problem started. I reminded him of the amount, he started doing the paperwork and then he came up with a different number 500 dollars more than what we agreed upon. He said that's the best he can do. And second his people skill is so bad. He did not even greet us. How can i trust a dealership who goes back on their word at the last moment. We were excited to get the motorcycle and ended up disappointed. I wouldn't mind paying an additional 500 dollars as long as we are treated fairly

I needed new keys for my Monster. Tre was the first to call and helped me through the entire process. When the keys arrived he made sure the service department took care of me. They had the keys programmed in a very short time.

Update: i reached out to trey the following business morning, no questions or issues getting me in first thing, we took a look at the bike and noted the short comings and got everything corrected, everyone was extremely apologetic and showed concern on how this happend and worked to make it right
I understand in this industry things like this happen from time to time and the best you can go is make it right as quickly and efficiently as possible and the team did that.
Just picked my indian up from next Ride ducatti after getting tires and rear brake blead they managed to take a golf ball size chunk of paint off my top tree, brought this up to the employee who delivered the bike, he was unsure what to do, i understand indian has some paint bond issues but a heads up would have bin nice, but im still unsure how such a large chunk was removed without anyone noticing, brake fluid all over rear master, lever, frame and foot peg it looks like they may have atempted to wipe it up but a todler may have done a better job, old glue from wheel weights on wheels, pulled over across the street because my rear brake was just as mushy as before and was spotted by an employee on a test ride, brought these things to his attention and he offered to re blead rear master, was done with them it was a simple job that they did not preform well. Im on my way home and then i notice the bike don't drive straight no how, rear wheel is on crooked, not even close to straight.
I'm honestly surprised the tires got mounted in the correct orientation.
Attempted to spend a little extra hoping to get quality service aparently I was wrong.
Was looking forward to doing business with them and getting another machine but that's no longer an option
Update: I was wrong, the front tire is also on backwards......

So I had a flat on I75 that left me standing for 1.5 hours before the roadside assistance got there. They explained that my rear valve stem was broken and the source of the flat tire. This place was open and willing to help me, and boy did they! I live about 35 miles from here and was absolutely not comfortable taking a chance limping it home. They got me right and helped me get home. They didn't act like they were too good to work on something that's older than some of the people working there, and they're professional as well. My bike is a Honda, and they specialize in Ducati, but they didn't turn their nose up at me because of it. Give them a chance with your business. You'll be happy with them as well.

Richard and the team at Ducati Tampa Bay were awesome in setting up the suspension on my new Streetfighter V2.
They spent an hour and a half with me explaining all the adjustments and after setting up the bike for my weight and riding style, made some minor tweaks after I test rode it. Bike is dialed in!
Ducatis handle amazing, and even more so when you have the confidence of a knowledgeable tech who truly understands how to set it up. Money well spent!
