We were stranded at the side of the road, and Norb saved us! Came to find us right away (everyone else said they couldn't help us that day). Super caring guy and a hell of a mechanic, along with his assistant Tom. They both went out of their way and even drove us back and forth to a motel in their personal vehicles (with our 2 dogs!!) Really treated us like friends and even called us the evening after we left the shop to make sure all was okay. Thank you, sincerely.

Stay away from him. he has had my car for over 500 days and has not touched it in 6 months. it is rotting in his shop, covered in mold. he does work without authorization and never provides an estimate. you get to be shocked when you go pick it up, if ever. he is good at one thing and that is making you hate the car you brought him.

Norbs is an excellent mechanic and has many years of practical mechanical experience. I highly recommend this service if you want your vehicle repaired at a reasonable cost. Norb can diagnose your vehicle and tell you exactly what is wrong and what it will take to repair it.

Went to Norbs because I was from out of town and saw the reviews about His honesty. I didn't want to be taken advantage of because I was in a pinch. The reviews are accurate. He is very friendly and was willing to hook up a really high tech Snap On computer to read out what was causing my engine light to come on, and he did it right in front of me. Obviously he was open and upfront about the whole thing. Ended up being spark plugs. Honest and trustworthy local mechanic shop. I am so grateful I logged on to make a rare 5 star review.

I blew a tire 4 days before & was riding on a spare- a donut, apparently it had a bad spot & popped & I ended up stranded right across the street from Norbs. I walked over to his shop & explained my situation & he got right on the phone & in 5min or less had a tire waiting for me. Not only that, he took me to place to get the (very affordable) tire put on the rim. We went back to his shop & he put the tire on my car & I was on my way. He didnt know how much he helped me that day or that I had been out of work & funds were very low, especially for an unexpected emergency. This is a man of integrity, who didn't even ask for a single buck, but was just doing what he could to help.
