I’ve been getting all of my tailoring done at this Nordstrom for some time now, primarily for pant hemming, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience with the men's department tailoring team.
This past Sunday, Joice was on duty and checked me into the fitting room, promptly calling a tailor to assist me. While I waited, I observed Joice skillfully helping multiple clients—offering both style and alteration advice, assisting at the register, and managing the overall flow of the department.
It was impressive to witness such seamless multitasking paired with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the high standard of service Nordstrom and team members like Joice uphold. Kudos to Joice and Nordstrom for delivering such a classy and professional guest experience.

Visited the men's department first and were assisted by Joshua. He was extremely helpful, not overbearing and quite knowledgeable and pleasant. The area is extremely well organized with a huge selection of just about everything . The shoes department is also quite varied especially with a massive selection if Burkenstock sandals. There was a good selection of jeans in sale as well.
Same experience at the women's department, you simply cannot go wrong at Nordstrom, be it with selection, service or sale items. Nordstrom simply never disappoints, keep it up.

I absolutely love this store! However, Nordstrom Mall Of America in Minnesota definitely trumps this Nordstrom because it has several separate boutique shops inside Nordstrom like Chanel, Gucci, several others unlike this Nordstrom. This store too could get me into some serious financial debt if I couldn’t control myself. I don’t have pictures because you should check it out for yourself. Definitely higher end then (Macy’s, Von Mauer, Dillard) so prepare and embrace the beauty of their beautiful store!
