About North Pointe Plaza
North Pointe Plaza is a decent plaza with great prices. Customers usually find what they are looking for and can order items if not. The return and refund policy is great. Workers are very helpful and offer assistance when you walk in. The plaza is close to home for many. It is a good place to walk through and shop for a couple of things, grab a snack, or find a board game. While not a top destination, it is a nice place to visit, especially when other options are closed. The staff provides good cheer and helpful service, making shopping there a positive experience.

Only down side is I wish the Walmart was a super center upside is there's a grocery store in the Plaza so it makes for good shopping ... there's a few places to choose from

Warranties on Xbox headphones are awesome highly recommend.

The clerk in the copy section was very professional and superb customer service skills and interpersonal interactions.
