Came in to print some documents this morning. Another customer was using the one working self service printer and an employee came by asking if he was good. I asked the employee if I could print by connecting to Google drive. He told me no and that I'd have to email to the printme service. So I did and I waited about 10 minutes for my code. I finally get to print and there is a button on the machine for Google drive connection. I don't like being lied to.

I went in here yesterday afternoon at 1:40 requesting a one page print out & was told by the man at printing it wouldnt be ready until the next day although orders placed by 2pm have a guaranteed same day pick up, when I pointed out the time the man said to me “we have a lot of orders”. So because you have a lot of orders, yours telling me my order becomes irrelevant & the 2pm guarantee is disregarded for a ONE PAGE PRINT? The store was basically empty by the way, I may have been one of 3 people inside at this time. Not to mention when I got to the printing station, no one was there attending to all of the many prints they claim to have. Took my business to Staples which was much busier & got my print in less than 20 minutes.

Got here at 11:49 am to print some photos and the guy looks stress out with a lot to do that he wasn’t able to focus on my order. I wanted to print some photos in different sizes and i was told they will be ready afternoon but he needed to focus on me to specify sizes and photos. Feel he should not be alone a place where there is a lot of work to do. Attend customs and print other orders.

I come here a lot to get things printed and every time I do, I feel like a problem or burden. It’s an uncomfortable experience and I’d rather pay for the color ink in my own printer than come into this store. Most of the prin my employees aren’t happy or welcoming when customers walk in.

Excellent customer service!! Went there to do a TSA pre-check and the TSA webpage system did not save any of the information. Silvio, the customer service rep, had to reenter all the information. They wear all very attentive and give us a 10% of coupon to use in store. I ended up buying printer ink, because with the coupon it was $8 cheaper than Amazon. The guy at checkout also told me I can get Cash back if I bring the empty cartridge for recycling. Also the store brand office supplies are at a great price.

If o could give a negative 0 I would! Johnny the manager should lead by example and I strongly believe that he hates his job! I have never been experienced such horrible service and would never expect it to come from a manager. I live in Lakeland about 1.25 hours away from the store. I was scheduled for TSA pre check application and if you know I4 you can imagine why I was late. I called while in traffic and let him know that there was an accident and I was completely stopped his response was that I should have left my house earlier…He gave me a hard time and ended the call saying that he was swamped and couldn’t guarantee that he could submit my paperwork when I got there. Ok I’m going to take the risk because I am already 40 min into the trip. When I got there there was a lady waiting that he refused to help until her appointment time 30 min later so I asked her politely if she didn’t mind me going ahead since he said he would see me if no one was there taking my spot. Well I approached him, identified myself as the one stuck in traffic, and he immediately gave me the speech that I was making him fall behind on work for being late. He also had the guts to tell me he had others travel from Lakeland and they weren’t late..I just proceeded to go through the process because I needed to get this done and stayed quiet nodding yes at all his nasty remarks. I the. Let him know that Lakeland is pretty big and there is a huge distance between exit 25 and 33 or 38 so he shouldn’t be so quick to assume that someone is lying. He rolled his eyes and continued to click without even acknowledging me. When I finished paying I said thank you and he responded with a “whatever” My 20 year old daughter’s jaw dropped and as we walked away she said she would never want to work for a manager like this one. Her words were that she feels sorry for the people that have to work with this guy every day. I am so disgusted and angry and the worst part is that you can’t get Mark Schaffer’s (regional manager) contact info from anyone at customer service and his employees are so afraid they won’t share escalation information.

I was very pleased with the staff and service at this location! Aglay was so very helpful on the phone and in assisting me to find the financial calculator I needed for an exam when I had forgotten mine at home. I'm so very grateful for her kindness in locating it and bringing it to the register for me so that when I arrived I could grab it and get back to my testing center in time for my exam. Happy to say I passed! Thanks so much Aglay!

We came in here to return an Instacart order and the first representative was super honest about not knowing the process but the assistant store manager was so rude and honestly just didn’t want to help us. He was refusing to read anything on the website about the Instacart policies and when I was trying to tell him that he was looking at the wrong section of the Instacart website (He was reading The Regular return policies for Instacart, Not the Retailer return policy where Office Depot is specifically listed) and he refused to even read it and walked away instead. Trying to say that our purchase was only going to be good for half the price and just would not educate himself to help us. He walked back over and said he called multiple store managers and they said they don’t do returns for Instacart. This isn’t true. Please read the website under retail return policies.This was so frustrating. The lack of care was unreal. I feel like we were almost gaslit into just keeping the unused printer bc they were only trying to give us like $50
