Wow this is a first!!! The cashier stated they do not match their online prices (first issue). So I made the purchase online for pick up while standing in front of the cashier. I showed her the confirmation and she already had the items but she needed to see my ID before giving them to me (second issue). Really, you need my ID?????

I have not shopped with Old Navy for a while, I found this location and I was surprised on how neat everything was, even the sale rack. I loved that there was a sell going on and was able to pick up a outfit. The Price was just right !!The sales associate’s were very professional and Nice ?Very pleasant experience.

Bathrooms here are gross. Walked in and it smelled like dead fish and urine. There was pee all over the toilet seat and floors were dirty. Looks like the inside of their bathrooms haven’t had a proper cleaning in years considering the buildup around the toilet.

The best old navy I’ve ever been too! These ladies were incredibly helpful and friendly. I ended up losing my keys and the girls Sam, Brielle, and one other girl (I can’t remember there names but they worked today 09/17/22 at 4:30pm, helped me look through the entire store to find them. If I could give them a raise I would! I almost cried when one of them found them! Won’t be going to any other old navy besides this one!

I’ve always loved Old Navy. Nice selection of clothing and reasonably priced. My favorites are the flip flops and sandals.
