What happened to this store? New Management? I had to step outside to make sure I was in the right place. What a shame to destroy a great store. If I want to shop for clothes I go to a clothing store. When I want pots and garden supplies I would go to Old Time Pottery. No more.... so sad you replaced quality items with Dollar Store poor quality clothing and junk.

Great place to save on clothes and home goods. Great prices. The bathroom needs upgrades because it is bad shape and smells bad. The cashiers are great in receiving customers and treating them nicely. Love the store except the bathroom🤣

All Old Time Pottery are converging to become Gabe's and the store located in Brandon seems to be the last store to change over according to the employees. It will be like a Home Goods once it is completed!!

What Happened!!! This isn't Old Time Pottery any more! Now it's cheap clothes and junk!
Whoever thought this was a good idea.. Guess you'll be changing the name to Cheap Crap Here. I'm mean the Dollar Store isn't $1 anymore. Five Below is the same way! Now one of the best stores has turned into a total crap store!

My family and I stopped at Old Time Pottery tonight just to take a look. We were shopping at nearby stores and became curious what was offered there. While browsing, I saw some good deals and sales so I decided to purchase a few things. While at the register, I noticed two pair of sandals did calculate the advertised sale. The cashier went over and verified that the items were indeed in the location with the signage. He proceeded to call his manager for a price adjustment. A middle aged white woman with brown hair and glasses approached. She smuggly said, "Those are not included." I pointed out that there are multiple pairs in the sale section. She said, "Those are not included." and stared at me. Then she asked, "Do you want them or not?". Of course I said no. The cashier apologized for the way the situation was handled. After checking out, I crossed paths with the woman again and I asked if she was the store manager. She she said no then uttered people are so crazy. Now, that was completely rude, but I didn't say anything to her. She is clearly in the wrong field. Customer Service and/or himan i teraction doesn't seem to be her strong point. Or maybe she just has something against people like me. Either way she should be mindful of the way she interacts with customers. We will not return.

There has been amazing changes! The store is adding so many new items which include clothing at very reasonable prices! And as always plenty of seasonal goodies! Still a bit of Halloween at 75% off and fall decor at 50%. Unimaginable amounts of fun Christmas stock to choose from. You can easily get lost in this store! The management team is on top of it and the cashiers are fast with good attitudes. Sales are everywhere! One more thing, don't forget to check the pets department, it has grown and has sooo many cute toys, beds, and treats to choose from!
Heard they are merging with a company named Gabes, need to learn more about that too!
I will be back!

What a dump...
This place used to be great to buy seasonal decor, fake flowers, and home goods. We even bought some art pieces from here. However, in the last few years this place has really gone hill. Bare shelves, dirty store, and on our last visit found some teens who were sitting in an aisle smoking weed in front of everyone. What a dump. Avoid this place.

First of all, I had to go to the restroom. I don't think it's been cleaned in years. Every toilet the floor I didn't even wanna step on it. There was no paper towel limited toilet tissue. And I had to go so bad. I couldn't hold it long enough to go to another store.

Went into the store to make some purchases and decided to use the ladies restroom at about 7:30pm, September 14th. Restroom was despicable, all the stalls had not been flushed, trash cans overflowing, no paper towels, NO VENTILATION... but a counter personal fan blowing!!! LITERAL FECAL MATTER smeared on the floor from people trekking in it! While completing my purchases, I asked for the mgr. to kindly let her know the situation. When she came to the counter I told her the bathroom was disgusting and without saying a word she turned and walked in that direction. I won't be shopping in this store in the future!
