They did a good job of replacing my tire but Shannon at the “customer service” counter provided none of that. He was pretty rude and honestly acting like an annoyed teenager despite being a full grown adult man. I haven’t been spoken to like that in a long time and he really should work on being a little less contemptuous if he’s going to work customer facing.

I went here today in a panic because I lost a lug nut on my front tire and had an hour and a half ride home and it was getting dark. The gentleman at the desk confirmed the size needed, put it on and had me on my way in minutes.
Maybe it doesn't sound like much, but to a female who knows very little about vehicles yet drives a ton of miles on I-4, I was very nervous... This visit eased my nerves immediately.

Karl, Bryan, and Scotty went above and beyond to fix my trailer situation and they did it at an incredibly reasonable price. And the customer was just impeccable. Some of the nicest guys I've ever worked with and it was my 1st time coming here and they made me feel like they've known me for 20 years and took care of my problem. Will definitely be coming back and they've earned a life long customer
