I recieved a gift box as a birthday gift. The meat was trimmed so much that I was not sure how to cook it on the grill . The overall flavors of the meat , especially the filets were almost non existent. The company does give a different impression and overall I was quite disappointed for the amount of money my brother spent on this box. Can find better meat at my local meat shops here in St Pete.

I would not recommend I ordered steaks 10 days ago and it still has not shipped when I asked about it. I got a rude comment I will not buy from them again.

My mom bought all different kinds of meat to try and nothing was good. Tough meat, some not very fresh tasting. I can get better meat from Walmart and much more affordable.

I ordered these steaks and my filet mignon had grissell in 2 of them & they gave me a refund & they held it against me for years! Lousy customer service! And recently when I tried to reorder more filets they said there was a note on my record under my name saying I couldn't order any more fillets so you need to check into that for me or face a possible lawsuit. Does the owner have a phone# so we can clear this matter up?

Had a problem with package. Called customer service and got a hold of Michele out of Houston. She was great. Every thing I would want in my customer service; polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great service all around.

Well it was a gift and I will not let them know how tough the steaks were, must have been OLD COWS. Would not order again.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and was told it would deliver before Christmas. Still no update on delivery. Contacted Customer Service last week and still no response. Very disappointing.

Food is tasty but very small portions. I did not appreciate the time-consuming 'upsell' attempts by the rep who took my order.

I used Omaha steaks in the 90,s. Now the meat is small, thin, and not good cuts. They have changed, they now add deserts, potatoes, etc to make it look like you have a lot. I am now embarrassed at how they promote their business. In the past they were awesome, it seems corporate bottom line is in the way. Which I understand, but I will never buy this inferior product again.

I have been going to this store a few times a year for more than a decade. The same lady has been managing the store for all of this time. She is always pleasant and helpful. I've always been pleased with the service and the products.

Best burger I ever had. They grill to nice, crusty perfection, while staying so juicy, the juices run down my wrists. Perhaps it's the double grind?So obviously, I had to order the burger perfection flight, and I can't wait to try them all.And then there's the ribeye crown. Best cut ever, along with chateaubriand.AND they give a military discount!EDIT/ADDITION:We had their potatoes au gratin tonight and they were 4.5 stars per hubby. I grew up in Germany, so to me, they were similar to "Kroketten" = croquettes = mashed potatoes deep fried, except these were baked. To me, potatoes are gratin is a casserole with thin-sliced potatoes, sauteed onions and garlic, dry white wine reduction, cream, milk, pinch of nutmeg and gruyere cheese. At any rate, we will definitely order them again.

I had to put a review, and I did not even taste our burgers yet. The young man who greeted my wife and I was so helpful and pleasant that we could not walk out of there without purchasing something.I got some burgers to throw on the grill for when we are hanging out at the pool.I have never purchased anything from Omaha steaks before, so hopefully, we will not be disappointed.Update: After eating one of the burgers, I can definitely say I am glad we got them.

Worst experience as a customer. I was greeted by the associate or manager in the worst way. She made me feel as if I was doing something wrong by asking questions about the deals and products she sold. I work next door and our doors are always open for our customers as well as helping the customer is key. If you are looking for an employee or manager to take over. Call me I can get this location a 5 star rating in just months. Also increase its previous ROI by twice previous years.

I purchased a gift pack for a Christmas present. My daughter and her family enjoyed the items but I was very disappointed with the cost. After ordering the gift I saw another gift pack on TV for the same price but included more items (hamburgers and hot dogs). I feel like I've been cheated.
