They have come out to work on a recall on my Samsung fridge. Easy to set up an appointment. They call before coming. Both repairmen were friendly, knowledgable, and quick.

I called Samsung because my 2 year old refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. Chris came out he was very nice. He fixed it in 10 minutes. He’s efficient and professional. He even called me the next morning to see if it was making ice !!Service: Freezer repair
