Honestly, one of the worst experiences i’ve had at a resale store. I drove an hour and a half with 4 bins (2 toys and 2 clothes) just for them to tell me as soon as I get there, they’re only doing one bin. So, okay, whatever. It’s fine. I get it. Funny thing because the person who parked right next to me brought in 3 trash bags of stuff, but whatever. I went to pick up my items after they were ready to find out, they were taking bins upon bins upon bins of everyone else’s items!! As i’m parking, i’m seeing people being able to bring in so many items!!!! The place is definitely run by kids who make up rules as they go along or whatever they do or don’t want to do. Then the cashier mentioned they don’t take certain brands and stuff, but would like to see where that is mentioned so that I could’ve been better prepared.

I love this store!! It's well stocked, well organized, and very clean. The staff is very friendly, and I found lots of cute clothes for my baby girl!

Absolutely wonderful staff and employees even though I was late two days in a row and pass the time that you have to sell. The young lady at the counter still helped me and listen to my situation and sympathized with me. Thank you so much you all are wonderful.

If you’re on a budget then it’s definitely worth the prices. However if you’re thinking of selling anything, don’t expect much. I received $14 for a huge bag full of clothes. Which included some sneakers that were nearly new. Highly recommend donating to someone in need or family and friends.

Such an amazing selection of toys, clothes and all things children stuff that are gently used. A tiny bit over priced for used items but truly a great selection and most everything is in pretty good condition.

I stopped by Once Upon a Child today and couldn’t believe my luck—tons of items on clearance for just $1 each! I picked up some great-quality clothes for a steal. The store was well-organized, and staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for budget-friendly kids’ items without sacrificing quality, this place is worth a visit. Catch those clearance events—they’re gold!

They have tons of stuff and nice clearance sales. Super helpful for a single mom! Obviously overpriced compared to a garage sale (I paid $14 for a pair of crocs) but I don’t have time to drive around to those.
My main negative: I wish they wouldn’t blast christian music. It’s completely unnecessary.

Yesterday was our very first visit to Once Upon a Child, and as expecting parents, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were so kind, patient, and helpful! they helped us sign up for the New Moms Club and made the whole experience feel special. You can tell they truly care 🥺🫶🏻
The store itself is incredible !! clean, well-organized, and stocked with an amazing variety of gently used baby clothes and gear. We were seriously impressed by how great everything looked. As a fun bonus, the dad is Spider-Man obsessed, and we found THREE adorable Spider-Man jumpsuits within minutes!
It was also a huge plus that they had a clean restroom available (((a small detail that makes a big difference when you’re pregnant!)))We visited another location today and instantly noticed how much better the staff, selection, and atmosphere were at this one. (No shade intended lol)
This store set the bar so high. We left feeling excited, supported, and like we’d definitely be back. Huge thank you to the team for making our first visit so memorable! 💙🕷️👶

My experience selling items here was amazing thanks to Jordan! She was engaging, professional, and very helpful. Her demeanor was so pleasant it made a business transaction feel friendly and genuinely heartfelt. I will always remember how I was treated with kindness. She even made my mom and Daniel crack up laughing from her infectious personality and willingness to help others. Jordan is a true gem and this store has a great ambience for its customers. Will definitely continue doing business with them.
