I applied to work here. I had previously worked at a once upon a child in Maryland. Had my interview with the owner, Jodie. She offered me a position on the spot. Then I get an email at 9:30pm that night saying she wanted to take the job offer back. Not only is this extremely unprofessional. But you wasted my time. My interview was at 10:30am and she waits until 9:30pm to email me. I had other places want to interview me but I said no because she offered me a job. 10/10 do not recommend applying here. Thank you for wasting my time.

Everytime I come here to sell, there’s always a new restrictive policy. Save your time and don’t bother selling here

Always an excellent experience, whether buying or selling.

This location used to be stellar, from selection to pricing. As someone that was formerly employed by a high-end resale platform online-and had my own resale business-I’m well-aware of the slim profit margins OUAC locations operate within. They clearly can’t give you $10 for your Cat & Jack or Carter’s. But for brands that are boutique/small shop, you expect a little more. This location used to be fantastic for small shops/boutique brands/Euro brands/etc. They always had MJ, Eleanor Rose, SweetHoney, etc. as well. You could find great treasures as well as decent store brands that will last through daycare and playground days.To say this location has changed is an understatement. The racks are filled with Carter’s, Okie Dokie, Gap, Arizona, Garanimals, etc. You find exactly what you’d find at a local thrift store but for a higher price point. The good stuff they do have-mostly Zara with some Kate Quinn-is overpriced for the wear. I took a bin with mostly NWT Kate Quinn bamboo-I also had some Alice + Ames, Remie Girl, Lola + The Boys, Hanna, Rylee, and more-and they wanted to give me $60. I did not accept their offer and took all of my clothing home. I plan to sell on the Facebook BSTs that are specific to the brands I have. Please understand that I am not saying I wanted hundreds of dollars for what I brought in to sell, but I expected more than $60 for a large Rubbermaid bin that was mostly NWT Kate Quinn and other high-end brands which were all in VGUC. The racks are filled with store brands that are grossly off trend so you’d think they’d want to get some good stuff in, but maybe this location doesn’t serve that demographic. After attempting to sell here twice in the last year and finding both experiences to be exactly as I stated here, my hypothesis is that the area doesn’t support those brands considered high-end or boutique.I decided to write this for anyone that *does* want to consign or sell brands like those I wanted to sell and similar. I suggest going to the Wesley Chapel location or going to SweetPea Consignment; I know the owner and she is amazing. You don’t get cash on the spot but she sells stuff quickly and her selection is all the best kids clothing: Boden, MJ, Peek, Posh Peanut, Hanna, Kickee, Rylee, Mini Rodini, etc. It’s heavenly, I can’t recommend it highly enough.P.S. I attempted to upload pictures of the items I was trying to sell but it would not allow to attach them to the review. I would be happy to provide pictures on request.

You can bring your old kid stuff here. They are pretty judgy and sometimes things are 'misplaced'. They offer next to nothing for your items-pennies on the dollar due to they do have reasonably priced stuff so that kinda balances it out. Staff is usually very busy sorting through mountains of clothing so time is of the essence. No eye contact, no small talk, which was not a problem for me. Good place to get 1x event items from like: snow shoes/jackets, dresses and mini suits, soccer shoes/kleets.

Kind employees! I’ve had much better luck selling here than WC location. Great experience... love the mix of uplifting music too! If there’s one thing I could suggest “improvement wise”- it may be to use less air fresheners which are really horrible endocrine disruptors and cancerous too... have a great day!!

This is my favorite location for Once Upon a Child. It is very clean, well organized and the staff is friendly. The woman who checked me out even offered to carry the items I purchased out to my car since I had my son with me. I found some amazing deals and even clothes that still had tags on them for a very reasonable price.

They are selling more and more made in China "new" items. These are cheaply made and sized wrong. If you need to return they will not accept returns. WARNINGIn my opinion they should stick to their business model.

This place is awesome. Very affordable and most importantly clean and organized. The toy area is a little messy but that is from parents not watching their children not the store or staff members.

So I sell here all the time and at the Bruce b downs location. Typically, the ladies are nice but today as I went to pick up my items…it didn’t matter what wasn’t able to be purchased but how awkward it was, lol. I walk in and probably 3 of the ladies were on their phones right in front of me. Probably 6 of them total at the front. No one said anything and I mean, I’m right there. So that was awkward. I finally get acknowledged from a lady at my right whom gave me my items which were unable to be purchased ( this is fine as I’m used to the process ) but then she hands me a $5 piece of paper coupon which I’ve never seen, lol. And that was it…just the paper and my items back, I’m like? Lol. What is this? No sort of explanation until I asked. It just was weird and I honestly won’t be coming here again.
