Since 2017, I’ve been hooked on Orange Theory Fitness, and I absolutely love everything about it. The workouts are top-notch, the coaches are fantastic, and the community spirit is unbeatable. It’s the perfect blend of cardio and strength training in a supportive group setting. Orange Theory has helped me crush my fitness goals and stay motivated. Five stars all the way!

The manager here seems very disconnected, when I spoke to Katie she seemed more interested in in her phone than actually trying to help me better myself for the new year. Unfortunate that my first experience (and my last) was dealing with someone who clearly doesn’t care about bettering the clientele. After moving closer to this location I was hoping to start taking classes but now it looks like I’ll be taking the extra commute to the welcoming folks at the USF location.

Love this studio, coaches and staff. They are motivating and treat everyone so well. Going there is a wonderful way to start the day.

Primarily, I love that the workout is hard, but I get to control how much I push myself. I love that I can customize it in relation to how I'm feeling each day, like if I've had a migraine recently or got very little sleep the night before. I like that every workout is similar, but not exactly the same. I love the help I get when lifting weights, and I feel more confident in continuing weight training as part of a fitness routine through my life. The coaches are super. I don't know how they do it, day after day, session after session. I hope they are well-compensated, because they are the heart and soul of each studio and are what bring customers back.

As a former athlete, I love the team atmosphere and competition during an Orangetheory workout. The coaches constantly push you during the workout, and they are always happy to answer any questions. Additionally, the coaches are great when it comes to orthopedic restrictions. They always give me alternative exercises that do not hurt my knee. Overall, I definitely recommend Orangetheory, especially the team at the Carrollwood location!

Best place ever! Bryan the trainer was outstanding! It's like having your own personal trainer! He gave one on one personal input to my training needs. Great place, very clean and well organized.

I enjoy the variety of the workouts, each day is different in some way and at the end of my class I feel like I've done something good for my body. I'm older than the average person in my class but with the positive motivation from the coaches at the Carrollwood Location it motivates me to push as hard as I can. I go to four classes a week and some days I feel better than others as far as back, hip or joint pain depending on the exercises but on a good day with a fired up coach I feel 20 years younger when I'm finished. Joining Orangetheory three years ago, it was one of the best things I did to help me return to a state of fitness I haven't had in 15 years. I have no intention of slowing down and look forward to continuing to improve my PR's every time we do them. I also have no problem when any of the coaches correct my form on the floor exercises as I want to do the exercise correctly and get the benefit intended. I would be disappointed if they did not. Keep up the Good Work and Thank You to Keith, Brielle and Bryan in Carrollwood who are great motivators & teachers.

I recommend reading the bad comments there 4-5 star comments are fake. Money hungry company. When you try to end service they will still charge you. I promise you will end up owing them money. I have no problem remedying the problem even paying for month of service even though I only went for 30days and I paid for that month. But to bill some 875$ who didn’t even go to the gym who called and tried to cancel and ridiculous and honest a crime and I plan on taking them to civil court

Money hungry company they have a good concept but they are taking advantage of people. I signed up for month to month I did a month and was going to take a month off I stopped Going like 1 day before the first month ended. They would not let me cancel I called and emailed. i literally only went for the first month which I paid 165$ and I bought the band you need for 100$. They kept trying to bill me even though the lady who signed me up said it was month to month now I have a bill for 875$ but I only went one month. I plan on taking this to court for a civil suit. Dont say I ain’t warn you. Just push yourself at home or get some friends and do a hour workout same thing. It’s a nice program but they are not good people or management they are sending bills to debt collectors for pretty much 1k? And i never even went to the gym After the first month which I paid 165$ and THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL. If there a Corprate I would appreciate someone to reach out.

No matter your fitness level it will work you to your max, but never too far! It will always push you, it is always different, and it works everything. It packs the most full body workout you can get into an hour.

I love Orange theory! My wife and I joined in July of last year and we haven’t been this physically active (and fit) in a really long time lol. Love the workouts, the coaches and all the staff at the Carollwood location!

Instructors are amazing, class is great. Every single instructor is great.Sales are ridiculous. It turned into a typical “don’t let the client leave,” when I’ve tried cancelling. It’s a nightmare. I’m home maybe 8 days a month and have gone through the rigamarole of cancelling twice only to be told that I can “freeze,” and still decide to cancel with no consequences. Apparently no consequences means a $15 cancellation fee (after $15 freeze fee which I only found out about from my bank) and another $179 for 30 more days where I quite literally cannot utilize any service that OT provides. Theres a contract and then there’s what you hear out of the manager’s mouth, and only the client is held responsible for the lie.
