I love how inclusive OTF is, regardless of your age, gender, weight, athletic abilities, OTF strives to make you 1% better everyday. Classes are so fun and very diverse, and you aren’t doing the same thing every day which I love. I would definitely recommend the Premier membership which gives you the ability to come everyday. The coach I like to have is Sophia Pal, from Westchase location, she’s amazing and pushes me past my limits with her encouraging words.

I love how I get a balance of cardio and strength training during every workout! I love the trainers and staff, they are wonderful and so helpful. I also deeply value how the workouts are never quite the same so there is lots of great variety. Thank you for taking such great care of OTF members!

I absolutely love going to OTF! I am motivated to challenge myself by the awesome coaches. The sense of community is like no other gym I have attended. I would definitely recommend Orange Theory if you are looking for a workout that is guided by a coach and is different every single time.

Be careful with these people , even after cancelling they have been keep charging and when we try to approach them for an explanation, there is no proper response and they are not ready to help

I love this gym! I had been running for years before I started working out mostly twice a week here, and I got 11 minutes off my half marathon time within the first 6 months of training at OTF. I also have better posture and have found the strength training a great compliment to the cardio I was already doing. I like it's all planned for me so I don't have to worry about figuring out what to do in the gym. Fun, helpful coaches and good equipment. Convenient location also.

Hands down the best place to work out. Every single coach is engaged and motivational. They are also very atttentive to each person and help you with your form so that you are safe and progressing. All the staff are nice and get to know you as an individual. Water rowing is my least favorite of the workouts but today we did a crew row and it was the by far the best experience I have ever had at OTF. Working out at OTF neverrrrrr gets easier, but I am so much stronger, faster, happier and focused on my health. The membership is worth every dime! If you join, you won't regret it.

The Heart Monitor Keeps You in Check...the first class is free no obligation and this gym is a judge free zone. :) At Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) besides leading the class through the workout, the Trainers walk around, check form and give tips. There are a huge variety of exercises on the floor, no one is expected to know how to do them all perfectly. Please don't be discouraged thinking you're given a block of exercise and then left alone. In addition, the exercises are displayed on a video screen that's mounted up on the wall so if the trainer isn't around you can always look up to see the exercise being done and check form. *(Hours or services may differ due to COVID-19.
