I had called Cloud of Goods & they wanted to change me $149 for a wheelchair for a week. The problem was they never showed up and you can’t talk to anyone on the phone. I was recommended by another wheelchair place that did not have any more OCU medical they only charge me $35 for the entire week I recommend them 100%.

I called to ask about renting crutches and they let me know that was an option but if I needed them more than a week it would be better to just buy them. They called me back to let me know they were out of rentals in my size, and I appreciated that.When I was in the store both staff members were super helpful in making sure that the crutches were all set up for me to use. I hope that I don't have to go back any time soon , but I know they'll take care of me if I do.

I needed ice packs for an injury. The quality is superior to the ice packs sold at a local chain store and the price was reasonable. The woman at the store was very knowledgable and friendly. The store seems well stocked with many medical supplies.
