I would recommend going to pak mail for fingerprinting. Simple was very welcoming and made the process very easy. Her warm smile allowed me to be very comfortable and the process was quick & easy ! High recommend

I had a fingerprinting appointment scheduled for 2:55 PM. I arrived early at 2:50 PM and waited in line. I was finally seen at 2:58 PM, only to be turned away due to a mismatch between the address on my ID and my current address—I had just recently moved and wasn’t aware that I needed additional proof.
About five minutes later, while still in the parking lot, a kind customer informed me that I could use a utility bill or a bank statement as proof of address. I quickly retrieved a document and attempted to return—by then it was only 3:05 PM, and I had not yet left the premises. Despite my efforts, the woman at the front had already locked the door and was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to re-enter.
What made the experience feel even more unfair was that the same customer who helped me—who happened to be Caucasian—was late for her own appointment (scheduled for 2:30 PM) and didn’t arrive until after 3:00 PM. Despite this, she was still allowed inside and seen for her fingerprinting without issue. It was clear that grace was extended to her, but not to me.
As a Black woman, I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated differently based on my race. The demeanor and tone I encountered felt discriminatory, and the contrast in how we were treated was deeply concerning. If you are Black or a person of color, I strongly caution you before choosing this location. My experience was unprofessional, disheartening, and left me feeling disrespected.
