I had placed the wrong label on the wrong package. I was able to get in touch with them on the weekend I left three messages cuz they're closed on Sunday and I shipped it on Saturday they called me first thing Monday morning returning my voicemail and were able to intercept the package for me he put it aside he waited till I got there that afternoon around 5:30 quarter to 6:00. They were so kind so sincere and gave the best quality of service I've received in a long time

They were too busy doing personal things for their mother’s estate than to help a customer. Everyone in the saw me and didn’t acknowledge not say, “be with you in a minute”. Horrible customer service.

This compact store holds a hidden gem beyond the multiple mailing and packaging services. The chipper cheerful owner Mahmoud points out the collectibles and non collectibles boxed sets including Star Wars, marvel, DC, Game of Thrones, and legos from characters and mini figures. The place is clean, friendly and even offers a sweet treat for all. This is a place to check for your character collectibles and all local and international post services. Post office boxes too

I needed to send documents for my passport update, so I decided to visit Pak Mail, where I found all the services required for the process.
I was able to get my documents notarized, print out the necessary forms, make photocopies, and successfully send everything through FedEx.
The owner of the store was incredibly helpful and patient throughout, guiding me through each step.

I went to PAKMAIL to mail a package and they sell a lot of collectible toys! They have some rare lego sets and marvel legend figures.Service is very good. We highly recommend them for all package mailing and check out their collectible legos and toys.

Stole my package don’t want to give it to me paid 5$ to have them take my package to the postal office and they scam me and rob me claim they picked my package up don’t want to give me the location or nothing I’ll be showing up with the police today I will update with pictures and file a lawsuit and a stolen property file
