I needed to ship several paintings, tables, silver, and other fragile glass family collectibles from Tampa to NYC. Last year, I received a delivery from this Pak Mail location and knew they were museum-quality packers. Claudia and Tony were wonderful to work with, they assured me everything would arrive in pristine condition, and it did, 2 pallets and 13 boxes later! All my items were expertly packed and very well protected. Not one issue to report. I am thrilled with the quality of service I received and would give them 10 stars if possible!

I am unable to express how much I LOOOOVE working with this Pak Mail location. The team is above and beyond nice and accommodating. They are so thoughtful and I totally trust mailing any packages I have with them. Highly recommend!

Our family in Texas and New Mexico received multiple shipments that were prepared by you at your Pak N Mail facility on West Village Drive and were amazed at the care you took to ensure everything arrived safely. The kind and knowledgeable owner was very helpful. I can tell he has a good relationship with the delivery folks and his customers. He was honest with me about a certain option that would be cheaper elsewhere.

I had a box here for years. Frank is one of the best people you’ll ever meet! He is the reason I stayed as long as I did. The store is conveniently located in Carrollwood Village and offers many services. The former owner Tony and the current owner Claudia have done a good job with the store. Highly recommended, be sure to ask for Frank!

Claudia the owner took so much timeWith me to guide me through the process to ship a very large set of china to Atlanta GaIt was Carefully hand packed by Frank and he did an amazing job. They sent pictures of the wrapping and keep me apprised of the whole process to shipment. They are do amazing and this took all the pressure off me during a difficult time. They are the best!! Use their service with confidence and worth the drive no matter where you live.I had contacted 4 other companies and everything happens online and they would not quote a definite price.Pak Mail Carrollwood’s Village is superior for personalized services and best price.

I stopped by there and purchased a box. There was an older lady at the register I hadn't seen before. I made a comment that I wish I had cash because the charge was so little on a credit card but I had none. She said not to worry. I stopped by days later and needed to buy another box. This time she looked at me and said no that there is a $5 minimum on cards. Did the policy change in days? There was no sign posted stating such a policy. I have no problem if this is policy but I have been here many times before with no issues purchasing small items. I believe the lady was picking on me because I tried to be polite and make small talk the first time I saw her. It doesn't pay to be nice to some people, they will take advantage of you. In any case, I had to purchase an extra box I didn't need. Terrible customer service. If you are going to have a $5 minimum have it for everyone consistently and clearly; don't randomly pick on customers out of the blue.
