It’s hard to believe that has been 8 years since we found Palm Casual Tampa in 2016. After checking out the competitors, it was clear to us that Palm Casual was the place to shop. I grew up in the furniture business and I immediately recognized the quality of the products they offered. The sales staff and ownership team are great, they treat you like friends and family. Eight years later our lanai furniture looks as good as new!Could not be happier, thank you Palm Casual!

We took some of our chairs in today for repair - the chairs are 20 years old, so have have been well used! We were helped by Steve, and Dominic was able to fix the three chairs while we waited, and also gave advice on a fourth that we have at home. Great customer service. I’m sure we’ll be back if we need anything further!

We had a wonderful experience with palm casual Tampa. Steve is the real deal. He is not pushy just gives the facts. The fact is this furniture is top quality and you get what you pay for. I’ve never seen cushions so large and plush! Also they are under warranty and any problems they will get you right in no time. We had a party coming up and they promised to have our custom set delivered by at least the day before. They did one better…had it at my house 4 days before! Lots of time to enjoy it before the party. Everyone cannot stop bragging how beautiful the set is. Thank you Coach!!! They deserve all the 5 stars !

What an awesome experience!I had shopped all over Tampa to find the perfect outdoor furniture set for my lanai. I was amazed at the lack of quality furniture there was in this area. Then my wife and I just happened to stop in to Palm Casual. I thought it would be out of our budget that we had decided on. Boy, was I surprised!We met Steve Moreland as soon as we walked in and he made us feel very welcome. He is a Lightning fan, so that helped. LolBut we quickly could tell this was the best quality furniture we had seen anywhere. We were surprised how affordable it was for the quality. Steve took the time to answer all of our questions and showed us every detail of the set we were interested in. We ordered it and it came in sooner then he said it would. We are so happy with our set that we want to spend more time outside than inside.Thank you Steve for your personal assistance. We will tell everyone about our experience.Thank you, Terald and Tammy

Just got my new patio furniture delivered and it is beautiful! Palm casual had a great selection of quality furniture to pick from. Friendly, easy to work with, and delivered ahead of schedule. I would definitely shop with them again.

We've had our Palm Casual patio furniture for about 20 years now. Replaced the slings on the chairs and acquired a new table top. This furniture looks brand new after all this time. The customer service at the Palm Casual Tampa store is above and beyond. Steve, you are awesome! Thanks for everything.

I can’t express how much I appreciated my recent experiences with Palm Casual Tampa. The Sales Representative Lori was a delight to work with. She was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge. She gave some great advice and suggestions for my new lanai. The breadth of products and color schemes Palm Casual offers is excellent. The quality and longevity of their products is unmatched for outdoor furniture. I had bought other furniture from them years ago and remembered it looked as good in the 15th year as when I originally purchased it. In fact, I was so impressed with my recent March purchase I bought some additional pieces last week.
