I met Ilka back in 2005 when I moved to Florida and ever since she has taken excellent care of my family including my inlaws with both car and home insurance. She has been the anchor of this relationship hope to keep it growing for many years to come.

Not only did Lori help me with that, she took the time to go through my entire policy and explained coverages and actually ended up saving me a substantial amount of money every month. Some folks say Jake is the hero of State Farm—nope, not even close. The real legend is Jer’ree from Pam Williams’ State Farm office. Every time I pick up a new toy, she’s the first person I call—and she handles it like a pro, every single time. Honestly, Jake couldn’t carry her clipboard. Jer’ree’s the real MVP, and I’m seriously grateful!

Jer'ree was fantastic in helping me get my insurance taken care of since I just moved here from out of state and bought a new car. She was able to give me a very good rate with a ton of discounts while being extremely professional and efficient in getting everything done quickly. After a lengthy process of trying to find insurance for a house in Florida, I was referred to Pam Williams agency.
The associate who helped me with the process, Jer'ree, was very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get the right product in a timely way to meet my closing deadline. She has since been of great help in fixing an issue.

Jerree is always so patient and knows her product inside and out. I got great service and saved money on an auto policy which also gave me more coverage for less money. I especially love the personal touch the whole office extends.
