Mailing my package was so easy and seamless, and I was greeted by a friendly young lady named Claire. She was very helpful. The price was surprisingly less than I thought too. Great experience!

The facility was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They also had clear tape available for use by customers and that's rarely seen in any post offices that I go to anymore, especially my local one.

A USPS conveniently located in USF for students, next to the bus stop, BUT they don’t have the equipment to scan a QR code for returns. Time wasted in public transport to get here, and UNCONVINIENTLY not able to make returns.

When I asked about American Flag stamps, I was told told by the clerk they were not permitted to sell "The American Flag Stamps, or display the American Flag outside. UNBELIEVABLE! What WOK genius made that decision?

my package got returned because the person who printed my shipping address typed the entirely wrong address. I was also not told that it was returned, and sat in my mailbox for a week without my knowledge. I went back in with it and they had no clue why it got returned because the girl working there didn't think to check that the address that was typed matched the one that was written.

Great service with plenty of patience. It's right next to MSC which is a very convenient location. There are plenty of mail boxes and enough parking space nearby. I will recommend parking here or right across the street the parking for credit union Bank customers. The various envelop sizes are a bit confusing but please check the photos. No American express or cash or P-card.

Four Stars for the staff and service they provide. The only issue is that you have to deal with the dunces that use this location. One can only guess that their mommies and daddies took care of their every need since it seems that going to a post office to mail a letter or package is a confusing and stressful challenge.
