Just when you think customer service is gone, ONE great experience changes your perspective. Pandora associates Rafael & Abie gave me that experience today. Exceptional CS; helpful, polite, friendly and accommodating, both associates went out of their way to create the perfect gift for my 22 year old goddaughter. The presentation of the bracelet & each charm was carefully executed and much appreciated. Stop in Pandora inside Citrus Park Mall for a great value but better CS! Happy holidays & happy shopping.

I had to do an exchange of size for a bracelet I got online and Lindsey was a pleasure to deal with. She helped me choose the right size and made the exchange process so easy as well as recommended the clips for my charms not to move around. For my first pandora bracelet, I am so happy with my purchase.

I bought a necklace 15 days ago- I had a receipt- didn’t like it, it was too long. When I tried to return, was told it “looked” old, its been sitting on my dresser , until I had time to return it .. the employee was very angry, aggressive and accused me of lying and refused to return it. Pandora fan for years, never experienced that ever, very sad.. I called customer service and returning it by mail- no issues, rep said I had 30 days - if I’m not happy.

The store was resplendent and the staff made me feel as if I was the most important customer they have ever had the pleasure of assisting. Danielle was especially wonderful. She was personable yet professional, intelligent, and a joy to be around. She made the whole experience simple and wonderful just by being present.

Went in to buy my daughter her first Pandora bracelet, was very overwhelmed to start with all the charms. But the staff was very helpful finding the right bracelet for her with the charms that best fit her personality. I believe Danielle helped me and pointed me in the right direction when it came to picking out charms.

Sales associate Anna was so kind and patient with us during our purchases. We came back twice in two weeks and she was so happy to help us again. The entire team of staff was so friendly.
