I so looked forward to an " off the menu" o ly to discover, not only can I no longer get Asiago bread, but not eventually flat bread pizza. The new items are awful. Why are you doing ths? Terrible. Terrible, terrible

$40 for 2 sandwiches delivered. If it wasn’t for my mom asking me for Panera then out of principle I wouldn’t have done it. I’ll never give another dollar to your company until prices are reasonable again. Low value for the money.

Beware of the sip club trap. They do auto-renew and even after you cancel, they will continue to charge you. THEN, when you catch it, they refuse to reimburse as it's "against policy". Well, allow me to be the first to inform you that this is not legal. You can not do this. Heading to the bank to dispute the charges.

Wow, I can see why this location has such negative reviews, perhaps the regional manager should pay attention to these. Ordered dozen bagels, asked for some tomatoes and onions on the side, manager in a yellow shirt told me the only way she could give me those on the side was to charge me with an $8.60 sandwich. . . I canceled my order, said I would find another bagel place.

Love the food. I hate that they throw the baggette in the bag without wrapping it. It's disgusting. If you're ordering for a group and emptying your bag, who knows how many people have touched your bread before you get it.

I worked at Panera bread for almost 2 years, I changed banks and never received my renewed PNC card to get my check while waiting for my direct deposit. I’ve been calling and been told they have my card and wouldn’t send it or ever contact me back and now that card is closed out and I never received my pay. I talked to multiple managers at my location and instead the store manager to see if there’s something they could help me with. The only response I received was “that’s a YOU problem.” I’ve been calling and calling for months, giving out personal information to PNC bank and now I can’t even get my paycheck.

Panera bread is pricey for the food. Used to be a special treat, but now, just sorta avg. My sausage egg sandwich was passively warm, not hot. The strawberry lemonade was really tasty. Not enough pwr plugs for all the people clustered near the walls. Lol.

This place is going down hill. Management doesn't care about the people and have bad attitudes. In the summer the place had no A/C finally got it installed just in time for winter. Now here the good part. Someone ordered the new unit with no heater and it's really cold in there because no knowone can figure out how to adjust it up. When you ask them to turn up the a/c they give you attitude. Come on Management get your act together and fix this. Been coming here since 2013 and about to look for some place else to spend my money.

I have called several times about a check I never got because I had to relocate because of a safety issues with me (filed police report) and they said that they would look into it and definitely call me back..... That was several weeks ago. So I called today and All the receptionist said was that she could send them a email and let them no no one has contacted me. Sorry but that is very very unprofessional way to run a business much less a office. Don't work for Panera.

I haven’t been to Panera since the end of September 27th 2020. Today 10/27/20 my card was charged again for the same exact amount from September. I disputed the transaction with my bank. I called Panera corporate to inform them of the fraudulent transaction but they had me on hold way too long. This same thing happened with me in August at the Sugar Factory restaurant and they explained that their credit card merchant accidentally charged everyone’s card twice a month later. Now I have to order a new card and wait 2 days to go get a temporary card because banks are by appointment only. I really wish these restaurants would get it together, you were already paid don’t process transactions twice!

We arrived at the Panera at Bardmoor in Largo,Fl at 8:25 am and were told they had no bagels. That they had a lot of bagel pack orders and had no bagels available for walk in customers. This is the second time this has happened. If they want to be a call in delivery they should advertise this. I have been coming to this location for several years. This will be my last visit here. Sorry Panera ☹️
