I’ve been an artist and teacher for 30 years. I no longer live nearby and dont have a bougie look about me, more like an old head. I would love to have purchased more than what I did today IF ANYONE HAD SAID HELLO. The younger clerk was painfully unfriendly. Made me feel so unwelcome. I could have hyped up my purchases to my students and increased your foot traffic. But no, I’ll leave this review instead. Whoever the owner/manager is needs to realize that real artists aren’t flashy but we can dump a ton in good supplies when we want to.

Terrible customer service. Called and asked if they had a product. They said yes, we have it. I drove there, and they did not have it, never did. So annoying!

Gorgeous store with a stunning collection, but no one was greeted or spoken to at all by any of the associates. This didn’t create a welcoming environment or incline me to make a purchase.

I love a paper store. This one has a lot of unique items. The prices are at the high end in my opinion. This location is in a great area of shopping and restaurants. Street parking can be hard to come by, but there are some complimentary parking garages within a short walk.

Trendy location. Hyde Park area. Store os roomy and a pleasure to walk around. You can browse and look at items at your leisure. Staff were friendly. Variety of items. Some nice gift items. They have some Stalogy and Leutchterm journals as well as Happy Planner items. There are Italian brands and others to choose from as well. It's worth a visit! I journal, use fountain pens, etc, and they have some items that are useful for that genre. If you're in Hyde Park , stop in!

Check your rolls. $10.50 on wrapping paper that was dented is insane. I bought two rolls and the other one wasn’t dented so it definitely was already dented in the store. Some patterns make it hard to spot so run your hand across the tube.

I went into Paper Source twice this week and everyone was so helpful, respectful, and friendly. My right arm has been in a sling due to an injury to my rotator cuff and the whole staff was so helpful and patient with me. The cards and wrapping paper + gift bags may be a bit pricy but I will continue to go back not just because it’s the best quality and beautiful but because of the way the staff was so helpful! Thank you, Paper Source!
