A+ customer service! Last month, I ordered birthday balloons from here and they were delivered. Everything went smoothly! But I noticed that the very next morning, the smaller (latex) ballons were already falling to the floor. I put in a complaint about it when prompted for a general review via email, and only a few minutes later, a manager called! I forget his name by now, but he was fantastic and really understands customer service. He did explain that the regular latex balloons don't tend to last more than 24hrs, so that is good to know and set my expectations for next time. However, he still refunded me. I just had to stop into the store to get the refund completed. Because of this, I will always go to Party City (and this specific location) for my party, balloon, and general celebration needs!

I didn't know it would be impossible to get 2 balloons filled with helium. So disappointing that my trip to this location with my granddaughter to get my husband a few birthday balloons would end with us leaving empty handed. There were 2 employees at the register. Both were ringing up large orders. Which I totally understood. However, the male employee was willing to let a customer walk out unsatisfied and without purchasing anything. I am sure the customer with the large order would not have minded waiting an extra minute for her order. I honestly felt let down in that moment. I will definitely second guess ever returning to that location.

Alex and Johnny were extremely welcoming and nice! They helped me with my ballon assortments for my son’s birthday party making it very easy for me. They gave me such a joyful and friendly experience. Alex also went above and beyond and I really appreciated it!

Jessica who works here is AMAZING. I had trouble finding an item for a party a week ago and she stayed on the phone with me and walked me through finding the product and ordering it. She also made sure that I would receive my item in a timely matter, thank you SO much!

Highly recommend this Party city! I had balloons delivered to my house for a party. Madison was very kind and quick to help! Jessica was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help replace a few balloons that were a little deflated and ended up filling up the ones I had brought it. Very pleased with their customer service.

Had to go here because apparently there's a helium shortage & Fowler Ave didn't have any. The staff was great & attentive. They so were good at keeping the link going as there were quite a few people in line.
