5pc Tenders combo ($13), side salad Ala carte($5), so $21 all. Mac and cheese side, goopy but tasty. A hot splittable lunch.

Service is good at this PDQ, staff is very patient and friendly. Fries are always crispy.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible and spacious for sure, handicap parking always available. Tables a bit low to fit under, however.

As a frequent patron of PDQ, I have consistently experienced exceptional service at their location. However, my recent encounter with Jacob Jaramillo, the Operating Director, elevated my perception of customer service to new heights. From the moment I entered PDQ, it was evident that Jacob's commitment to excellence was ingrained in every aspect of the establishment. His warm greeting and genuine interest in ensuring a positive experience set the tone for what would be an exceptional visit. What struck me most about Jacob's approach was his unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Despite the demands of managing the operation, he took the time to personally engage with patrons, ensuring that each interaction was not just satisfactory but memorable. As a fellow service business owner, I understand the challenges of maintaining high standards amidst a sea of mediocrity. Jacob's proficiency in customer service is nothing short of remarkable, especially in an era where such excellence is often overlooked or undervalued.Beyond his professionalism, Jacob exudes a rare blend of passion and authenticity that is truly refreshing. His genuine concern for the well-being of customers goes above and beyond the call of duty, leaving a lasting impression that extends far beyond the confines of PDQ.In a world where exceptional customer service is increasingly rare, Jacob Jaramillo stands out as a beacon of excellence. His dedication to quality and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction serve as a testament to his exceptional leadership skills and set a standard that others in the industry would do well to emulate. In conclusion, my experience at PDQ, under the stewardship of Jacob Jaramillo, was nothing short of exemplary. As a service business owner myself, I wholeheartedly appreciate his relentless pursuit of excellence and commend him for his outstanding contribution to the field of customer service. If you're seeking a truly exceptional dining experience, look no further than PDQ, where Jacob and his team are setting the bar for excellence in customer service.

My buddy and I stopped at PDQ after a long day in Bradenton watching the Pirates take on the Rays. Jacob made sure our food came out fast and even provided some great recommendations on the menu since it was our first time there. Highly recommended this fantastic location. Thank you Jacob, and let’s go Bucs!!!

The staff from the drive thru order attendants to the manager were very friendly and accommodating. The ingredients in the Mediterranean salad were crisp and fresh. It was certainly better than a typical salad that you would get from a drive thru. The salad portion was generous including a sizable dollop of hummus, ruby red ripe grape tomatoes and plenty of Kalamata olives. It’s definitely a good value and authentic as it came with homemade dressing. The GM was also quick to jump in and assist the drive thru attendant. He made eye contact, waved, and smiled at us while we were waiting for our food. It became clear that he values the PDQ guests, staff, and that he takes pride in his store. We are not from here, but if we were, we would likely visit frequently. Kudos!

The hostess was very nice, asked if I needed anything and brought me extra sauce. Definitely one of the better locations.

Bad food. Chicken undercooked and kind of redish... not a good idea to go to that particular PDQ on waters and Benjamin road. Try to stay away from there. For your own health.

Stopped here around 6:45 on Saturday 6/24. My husband and I were the only customers inside and there were no cars in the drive-through. It took several minutes for the young woman working the register to turn around, notice us, and take our order. We weren't that quiet either, not like our presence was not noticeable. There were about 8 people "working" and probably the only person actually working was the young man who was cleaning up around the restaurant. The other workers, including the one who appeared to be the manager were busy checking their phones. It took several more minutes to get our food, I get that it was cooked to order by the wait time was excessive. The food was not assembled properly. The zucchini fries were so salty that they were not edible. Not sure what these workers would do if the store was busy since they could not seem to handle a simple two-person order. Things happen, sure. But seeing everyone on their phones, the manager showing people something on her phone, while seeming no work was being done was just too much. Also, it can't be safe to walk around a kitchen while looking at your phone. We were hoping to pick up something fast to eat before a movie but it did not work out that way.
