I just called this place and the LADYBOY that answer the phone is a disgusting human being....... Very disgusting, hopefully she doesnt ever need anything from somewhere and i hope she gets the worst service ever...... i hope when she gets in her car to go home to her unhappy family her tires are popped and there is no gas in her tank....... i hope someone puts a gum in her tank.

The pharmacist leader needs to be more professional and not making faces to patient's. Not professional at all even less communicative she just made a disgusting face I say answer never heard her voice just pure madness expressions never will go back or send anybody

One of the ladies at the front is very rude with the ugliest attitude I've never seen. Worthless service made me have to walk out. Nobody deserves to be treated wrongly

This place was so bad it's like one of those pill mill pharmacies and no otc medicine choices . Figured id try it out since close to work but decided to go somewhere else based on the actions of the lady at the counter and the shady crowd hanging around.

When my family first started using this pharmacy it was located closer us, but then they moved locations. Ever since the original owner left, this pharmacy has been horrible. They even told him last minute that his prescriptions would need to be delivered, which was very inconvenient but did it anyway. So my husband transfered his prescriptions today to a Walgreens closer to home, but due the unprofessionalism and unethical actions Peak has done in regards to transferring the prescriptions, my husband can't fill his much needed meditation now. Even Walgreens told us it was the actions of Peak Pharmacy that is causing problems with the transferred prescriptions. When we spoke to Peak Pharmacy about getting the issue resolved, all they did was hang up on my husband. When I finally was able to talk to them they threatened me saying an attorney would be contacting me over this Google review that I am now adding on to now! They also told us that the prescriptions were already sent to Walgreens when they weren't. We even had a conference call with Walgreens and Peak to straighten everything out and Peak was unable to fix anything. UPDATE: After a week of Peak Pharmacy unable to properly know how to transfer prescriptions, the amazing pharmasist at Walgreens was able to teach them how to correctly transfer my husband's medications. Thank God! We will never have to deal with Peak Pharmacy again. Thank you to Walgreens off Bloomingdale for always being professional and for everything they did and all the time they spent helping us. Save yourself the hassel and DO NOT GOTO PEAK PHARMACY!!!!!

This place has made so many improvements over the past few months. I'm happy to know there are still pharmacies who take the time to cater to their patients and continually strive for perfection. Highly recommend
