Ordered a replacement lens on 9/17/24 via there in house warranty. Checked back in October and they told me the lens was ordered on 10/14/24. I checked back in November and still not in. No follow up or anything from Pearle Vision. Stopped in today on 1/8/25 and the lens is still not in and they have to reorder it. This is crazy 120 days and no resolution in sight. Meanwhile I have done 4 months with a scratch in my lens clouding my vision.

Save yourself the trouble and do not do your business here!
I first came here to get a new prescription in JUNE (it is now December). The first pair of glasses that came in were completely the wrong prescription for me so I had them send it back to the lab to remake with a new prescription. Since I had them send it back to the lab, it has been 4 months of waiting. I have been walking around with the wrong prescription in my current glasses since JUNE.
I have called various times over these past 4 months for answers and the only "answer" I have been given is that "they will be in this weekend don't worry". I called again last week and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was in a meeting and would call me back- the manager never called back. No shocker there. Terrible customer service and business and I still don't have my glasses.

Dr Lee at Pearl Vision, Citrus Park was very thorough with my exam and answered all my questions in a manner that I understood.Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Leiza who took extra time fitting our glasses and sunglasses 😎 thank you for your time and patience!

I love this location!! The staff is wonderful and very polite. Dr. Le Nguyen is one of the most thorough doctors and explains everything so well! Everything is very clean and they have a great selection of glasses. We will definitely be back!
