Mike was very helpful when I came in with my car drifting to the left. It turned out I had 4 tires that were shredding, oil was almost empty, bearings were ready to go, brakes were shaky. He got me in New Year's Day and fixed ever right up. 4 new Cooper tires and it drives like a quiet dream. I will keep a closer eye on things from now on. I don't know the name of the mechanic who fixed my car up, but thank you. And Mike Thank Your for being so sweet and getting me to just go with the flow.
PS The bathroom was spotless for a regular bathroom; needless to say it was immaculate for a mechanics shop.

Jean had me hooked up instantly from a flat I got on Dale Mabry. Late on a Saturday night going above and beyond the call of duty to get me a special tire within the hour and installed. Thank you very much.

Wasted my time for a patch repair to be told I needed a new tire , went to another pep boys location on Hillsborough and Anthony took care of me there so if you have to drive further and avoid this location
