Great service and great price on tires. My only complaint is the cleanliness of my vehicle upon pick up. Pep Boys needs to use seat and floor protectors during service. I had to clean grease off my seat and floor side panel.

Showed up for my scheduled appointment but was delayed due to only one service mechanic on duty as station is under staffed. They also didn’t complete my work order requesting tire rotation and tires needed air. Took an extra hour waiting around to get my oil changed. Any mechanic needing work should go in and apply

I tried to get my truck alignment done here, but they say they can't work on it because of my tire size. I think that was a lame excuse because another shop was able to take it in. I don't know if all stores have the same equipment or not. I guess they should be able to work with any kind of tire size!

Hello there, Yesterday I got a flat tire with a nail in it and the air was leaking from it and the gentleman who was attending asked me if I would schedule an appointment for today. With little to no interest in helping me I asked if he could do anything to help me with the tire so I could get home and bring the car back today. His response was "sure I'll just put some air in it". I was hoping that he would offer at least to help me with the spear tire but maybe my expectations are too high. It's really hard to find workers nowadays that want to go above and beyond for clients. The key to any successful business is to achieve people's needs when they walk into their door. Consistency, care, commitment, loyalty and anticipating people's needs are the key to foster long lasting relationships with any client. Thank you for caring about my review.

I brought my car to this location to replace an alternator, a day after, my car started to make an squishing sound. I brought my car back and they said that to replace the alternator they had to take out the steering pump hose and by doing that air got inside and it will take few days to clear. The sounds never disappeared after bringing my car back a few times, they said to wait two more weeks, after the two weeks the sound started to decrease and then my AC stopped working. I brought my car back to the shop and they inspected the AC and said the AC compressor was out and will cost me aprox 1000-1500. I explained to them that my AC was working perfectly before they replaced my alternator. They answered that changing the alternator and moving the steering pump hose and whatever they did there had nothing to do with the AC compressor. I went there for an alternator replacement and left with an AC compressor damaged that will cost me 1,500. Worst place ever, stay away!

Great service every single time! I stopped going to the dealership for maintenance and repairs because they took forever and would never finish on time. Switching to Pepboys was the best choice I could've made. Better prices, better service, and better timing! The car is always ready when they say it will be and most times even faster! They also send updates along the way with pictures.

Brought my car here for a tire repair.
We had an appointment for 4pm and showed up around 1-2 to be told by an older gentleman that they had no tire patches in stock and would not be able to do the job and he was “going to call us.”
After speaking with him, My bf immediately told me that he got the vibe that the older gentleman just didn’t wanna do the repair.
I ended up going to 2 different stores to find tire patches and bring them here for the repair to be done.
The next day upon pick up, another guy gave me back my unopened tire patch kit and told me they didn’t need it as they use their own patches. I told him the older man the day before said they were out of stock and he looked confused and shrugged.
My bf called it, the older guy the day before just didn’t want to do the job and was going to wait until my appointment time at 4 pm (an hour before they closed) to call us and tell us that he wouldn’t have to bother with the repair.
Needless to say, I won’t be back and they should probably get rid of the older guy who turns away customers simply because he can’t be bothered.

Outside customer service. We were in town for a wedding and needed tires. They got it done fast and we were on our way! I highly recommend them.
