GREAT MECHANICS!!
After mistakenly going to the Firestone in Citrus Park, listening to the barrage of bullshit excuses why they could not do my car EVEN after I made an appointment and wanted me to come back..i said screw you and came to Pep boys. They got me right in took care of my brakes, fixed my issues (which was VERY simple, not for Firestone however) and made me happy in an hour. while Firestone down the road lost a sale and just got to sit back down and spew more bullshit. If you value your money and life NEVER go to FIRESTONE! However This Pepboys are awesome and honest, no bull mechanics, I will be back!

Alberto the manger was excellent. We had driven from michigan an had tire issues. They resolved the problem at a minimal fee !! Know we feel safe on our travels home.

Here I am with another bad review. I told my husband to never take my car here again and he didn’t listen, so I’m back with an even more scathing review.
Took my car in because all the lights relating to the ABS, brakes etc were going off. They “fixed” the problem. After one hour of the car on the road again, all the lights would come on. My husband would take it back, they would spend the whole day “fixing” it again, they would say it was good to go, an hour later it would be doing the same thing. We suggested multiple things and just like when they “fixed” my AC they had nothing new to tell us. This happened three times, three days in a row.
I took my car to a different garage this past weekend because I gave up on pepboys ability to fix anything. Both the wheel bearings on my front tires were bent inwards and part of my drive shaft was SHEERED OFF. Gone. And they let me drive that car around. The second the guy got it on the lift he was like “you should not have been driving the car like this”. To which I said “well, if the last place didn’t lie to me, I wouldn’t have been”
I recommend you never go here, since this is the second terrible experience I’ve had and this time I could have died.

The service was timely, the mechanic was straight forward. Told me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be repaired. Also what could and couldn’t be done.

Excellent service! I will definitely come back to this location, I’ve been in other Pep Boys shops but the customer service wasn’t as good as this one. Michael was very kind and helpful today and I highly recommended his support!
