Claudia at Petco on West Shore solved my problem completely! She helped me find the name and number of a dog harness I am trying to find. She treated my problem as important. She was warm as well as professional and made me want to continue to buy our dog and cat needs at Petco!

Bentley is so happy to have Tisha as his groomer!! I cannot recommend her enough. She got his ears all cleaned, his hair trimmed and dapper, and his fur has never been so clean and shiny!! He came out looking so handsome. I am so impressed with Tisha!! We will be continuing to use Tisha for every groom!!! Thank you Tisha!

If I could give this location a million stars, I absolutely would. I visited the Vetco clinic inside this Petco, and I was blown away by the exceptional service. One of my dogs is reactive to larger dogs, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure both my pet and I were comfortable throughout the visit. But the customer care didn’t stop there—my second dog had an allergic reaction to a vaccine, and when I called for help, the Petco cashier ran outside to track down one of the technicians. They immediately got on the phone with me and advised me to take my dog to an emergency vet. Even more impressively, they offered to fully reimburse me for the emergency vet visit. The level of kindness, empathy, and customer service here truly exceeded my expectations. I will never forget how they went out of their way to help me and my pets.

Don’t take your cat here they don’t have a safe space or staff that get your cat vaccinated, they almost gave my cat the wrong vaccine as well
