Website lead me to believe there was a wide variety of choices for the two things my vet instructed me to buy for my cat. In reality, there was one type of hairball gel and I had to buy a flea comb for a dog.

Brought my puppy for a hair cut and was absolutely mortified. This was the worst hair cut I have ever seen. They not only shaved my dog down to bald but they cut her neck and didn’t tell me and also bald shaved part of her tail and she has been shaking and biting at her tail ever since. I would not recommend my worst enemy to take their dog to get groomed here. The worst PetSmart grooming service ever. The response when I was so upset about them bald shaving my dog was “well at least it will grow back” all I will be contacting the manager tomorrow about this because I paid almost 100 dollars for a hair cut I would have done better with my eyes closed myself. If you love your dog don’t take them to this locations grooming station you will definitely be very upset.

Came in and saw this poor tortoise dead in its cage. Clearly they don’t take care of their animals properly.

The fact I paid over $100 for a choppy hair cut is beyond me. The groomer didn’t even do the request I had for the top of my dogs head. It looks so bad. AND you put my dogs collar on too tight? Pay attention people 😡

Had a 2:30pm appointment today. It usually takes a little over 2 hours to groom our dog. Today it took 5.5 hours. And the excuse was that everytime another dog went by our dog moved. I’m calling bullshit because I know our dog doesn’t give a shit about other dogs. My opinion is I think the groomer was stoned or not motivated to work. This will be the last time we step foot into any petsmart.

Don't use Kel at the grooming dept. She refused to bath my 7 lb chihuahua because she didnt want to. Said they needed a level # for my dogs heart murmur. This isn't the first time my dog has been there and no one has asked for a level# and no where on the pre check form does it ask for a level just a yes or no. She was scared to handle my dog. And bad customer service. I'll find somewhere else to go.

Don’t spend your money at this store. Bought a portable soft crate there for $56 for a 5 month old puppy. The puppy was left alone for 1 hour and was able to rip open the mesh on the side of the crate and got out. From pawing her way out she caused a lot of fraying and damage obviously, but should not be able to get out of the crate. I called pet smart. Janelle on the phone said just bring it back in we’ll refund you. I brought it back in and Albert said no we cannot return this it has to be resellable. He told me my puppy had a chewing problem. I told him I called at 10:42 that morning and was confirmed to bring it back in by their own team and he called her up front. She confirmed she said that and that I had not been clear. I repeated what I told her and asked what wasn’t clear about it. Albert passively stated they couldn’t return it. Albert is experiencing a power trip and needs some management training.
Customer service from actual petsmart corporate is blown away the store I purchased the item from did not take back this item.

Do not go to Mariangel at the grooming salon!! She completely butchered my dogs hair. I have a bichon and she cut his hair exactly how I asked her not to. He looks like a poodle with a very short snout and the rest of his hair is ridiculously uneven.

Mariangel worked so hard on my doodle’s grooming I recommend her because that takes love and patience! She spent over 4 hours dematting and avoided the shaving I expected. I also like that the groomers work in an open room where customers and colleagues could see them… it seems safer for the dogs. We are satisfied!

Emily in the grooming salon is the best! Have a morkie who we adopted several months ago and have been taking him to her since we got him. Based on the condition we got him in, guessing that he may not have been to a groomer before coming to the shelter. The first time we got him back, he looked great! Quite a feat, considering he does not like his face touched at all. Nonetheless, she does a great job with face and body trim on him. Super nice and thorough. 10/10 would recommend scheduling an appt with her.

I was on my way home from Lakeland and needed to stop into the Pet Smart off Dale Mabry. Note that you must park in the parking garage for direct access to the store. If not, you have to walk across traffic. Park on the ground level if you can, so it makes it easier to get to. Overall, this place was huge and had everything that we needed.
