I have scheduled my puppy for a bath and trim three times. Each time they call to verify the appt for the following day and I agree on coming in. The day of the appt they cancel. I then reschedule and they do it again. I rescheduled again and they do it again!
I then try to get him microchip they cancel tht appt!!! Then I sign him up for training class and tht sucked too!! I’m never dealing with PetSmart again! Petco here we come!! Bad service! Then each time the person calls to cancel is so non chalant like oh well.

No thank you no you’re welcome. Lack of customer service every time I talk to her to check on the price she will give me a dirty look or not answer at all as if I wasn’t there.
It was a young lady at the register at 8:53 PM
I don’t know if she’s tired of working or what is it but as soon as she needed something from her manager, she was very polite to him. But no manners towards the costumers.
I spend more than enough here to be treated like this.

I usually get fish and supplies here. Generally good. But they need to keep their fish better. Always dead fish floating around. This applies to all locations.

I’ve been bringing my dog to the petshotel for both daycare and overnight stays atleast 6 or 7 times in the past 2 years, and up until recently, everything was great. My dog has always been social, loving to interact with and play with other dogs, and she’s never had a problem. However, I was recently shocked and deeply disappointed by how things changed with a new policy that seems to be based solely on my dog’s appearance.
One staff member determined that because my dog has a head shape that resembles a pit mix, she’s now prohibited from interacting with any other dogs. This despite the fact that she’s always been friendly and well-behaved with other dogs. We’ve recently done a Wisdom Panel DNA test to confirm her breed, but when I asked if the results would change the policy, I was told it wouldn’t matter. It’s apparently not about temperament but about looks – if she has a "pit mix" head, she’s not allowed to play with others. This policy is not disclosed anywhere on their website or in the booking process, so we weren’t made aware of it until we arrived. Had I known this, I would never have chosen this facility for my dog.
My dog is a social, playful dog, and this sudden restriction on her interactions with other dogs feels incredibly unfair and discriminatory. If this facility truly cares about the safety and well-being of the dogs, they should rely on temperament testing rather than making decisions based on appearance. I’m heartbroken that management allows this practice and that it’s not communicated clearly to pet owners upfront.
I’m incredibly disappointed and upset. The staff here are kind and professional, but management needs to reconsider their policies and prioritize a more inclusive and fair approach to dog daycare. I hope they will take this feedback seriously, as it has left me questioning whether I can continue to trust them with my dog’s care.

The worst place to take your dog. I paid for pictures and never received any. On the day for pick up my boy testicles were five times the normal size. No one bothered to call and inform me until I came to pick him up. Till this day I got no answers!

I would give the grooming salon 0 stars if it was an option. I will never take my pet here again. It’s taken me a while to write this review because of anger but last weekend we took our pet to get groomed. From the moment we walked in, the manager told us he called us to reschedule our pets grooming appt. We explained to him how we didn’t receive a phone call, then he kept repeating how team members called out and they were short staffed. My partner and I felt the tension and stress from the two employees there so we asked him if we should reschedule. He then told us it was fine but that they couldn’t take our dog until an hour after their scheduled appointment. Right when our pup was suppose to be groomed we get a call that our pup got a cut from the cages they keep them in. Our pup has been groomed before and never has had any issues, clearly nobody was watching to see what had happened. We arrive very upset and are told again by the manager how they were short staffed. Clearly they do not supervise your animals. Please invest in a private groomer or small shop around to get your animal groomed.

The vet tech who trimmed the nails, amazing. Just make sure if you're scheduleing a cat claw trim it is for the correct day/time they only do that certain times. I had to schedule two and get them cancelled to find that out.

Employees are nice. Treatment of the Betta fishes at the beginning of the store is unacceptable. Always see them dead or close to it and their cups always have green algae growing. Negligence by far from what I’ve seen in any other store.

Kathrine is the absolute best. She’s kind and knowledgeable. She won’t do anything that isn’t in your dog's best interest. Trust her to do her thing and you won’t be disappointed.

Italia at Commerce Palms Drive location is the best groomer I’ve ever had. She does a great job and she has been amazing dealing with my elderly dog who isn’t always cooperative. She has been kind and very patient with him and that’s why I drive an hour each way to have her groom my fur baby

Don’t take your pet to the pets hotel
Here!!! My dog was there for four days and he was showing signs of stress on the first day and they didn’t bother to call me once to tell me this! They allowed him to continue to be stressed and show anger towards them! I had to be the one to ask if he was given his anxiety medication and the woman (one of the managers who kept saying I wasn’t here because I was on maternity leave) said, oh ya he wouldn’t take it from me today! We have brought our dog here for over 9 years and they would always call if something was going on with our dog and we would immediately
Pick him up or find a solution! In the last few years this hotel has gone down hill! I am appalled at the fact that they would keep not bother to call me and let me know what was going on. Makes you really wonder how the animals are treated there!!
