Im very very disappointed with an incident that occurred today involving my father and your bank. he was waiting in the parking lot for my brother to arrive and your bank profiled him and locked down the facility because he was “making your staff uncomfortable”. how dare you humiliate my father who was waiting in his vehicle not making a fuss. shame on you. We are taking our business elsewhere. He says he is traumatized.
