I had a great experience with Bill Shea at pinch a penny. The quote was clear, detailed and provided quickly. The team followed through exactly as promised, and their follow up and aftercare were excellent. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values both efficiency and customer service. Highly recommend!!

I've been going here for more than 20 years now for water testing and chemical supplies. The staff is friendly and never try to oversell me on what I don't need. Pricing is a little high on some things compared to online shops but I guess that is to be expected.
