Horrible customer service. This is not a real bank. No tellers at this location! It would be nice to know this before I waste an hour sitting in traffic! Why have a building if there is nothing but an ATM there?

Google maps says this is a PNC Bank it is not a bank they do not Cash CHECKS they DO NOT take MORTGAGE payments ect.

FYI this location no longer has tellers (ever). Just ATMs and loan services. If you need tellers don’t come here. Staff on hand was friendly and helpful but services are limited.

Maribel is amazing, so knowledgeable and SO caring about the people who come to see her. She genuinely cares about her customers and helping them with their banking. And teaching young adults such as myself about finances and all the choices and options. I truly appreciate her!

Only other customer there amd the old Spanish lady was very snooty and basically looked me up and down and told me i need to make an appointment basically asking me to leave. Very bad customer service. Have a business account with them that I will be cancelling after today. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get through to someone only to be hung up for hours.

Went to do some changes to some accounts. Was told the system is down and can’t do ANYTHING. They said they would call to schedule an appointment when it was up again. It’s been about a month. “Serviced” by the lady in the first cubical to the right of the door. Then she had the nerve to tell me that those changes don’t have to be made... when our lawyer told me to do it. Don’t try to give me legal advice as someone who is only a step up from a bank teller.

I have visited this bank multiple times to open a business account and never is the manager available to open the account. Apparently she is the only qualified person but is never there and when she is she is on a conferences and way too busy to even say hello to you. I was helped today by a pleasant employee attempting to open a business account. We had to call someone certified to explain the terms and conditions and an hour later was told that my sunbiz was listed incorrectly and that I had to amend it. When I call Sunbiz they said everything was filed correctly. When I arrived I was told the manager had an emergency and was unable to make it. When sunbiz told me the information was correct I called back to PNC and the operator told me thre Branch manager was on vacation. If this is true why did we schedule to meet with her today? Note Chase and Suncoast credit union both agreed it is filed correctly. Don't waste your time trying to open a business account at PNC.
