had an amazing experience with my mover! He was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the whole process, and handled everything with care—especially the heavier items. What could’ve been a stressful day ended up going smoothly thanks to him.

What a horrible experience. Not only are they expensive but even when you tell them no lock they still charge you for it. That's really nothing, the kicker I advised how much stuff I had and the suggested only 1 large pod. Turns out I needed 2 and then they could not even help me because they were closed for updates for 4 days. When I got my stuff back alot of things were ruined and broken. I paid movers to pack it so, it was not the way it was loaded. Then they wanted to charge me for a whole month when I only needed a few days of storage. It was just an awful experience.

Nightmare. I am paying $6k for an interstate move. My PODS experience was okay, not perfect, until we had to deal with redelivery to our final destination, when it went from okay to nightmare. We were on a tight schedule - trying to get unloaded and unpacked during the holiday week. We were scheduled for delivery on Monday, 11/24. Our delivery window was changed, but we only found out after we called - no call, no message, no update on their website. The rep I spoke with stated it was noted as a “missed job” and rescheduled for the following day, 11/25. When we didn’t receive delivery within the delivery window again on the following day, we called again, at 2 pm. We were on hold for 30 mins while a rep attempted to call this facility 5-6 times. The rep was embarrassed to admit nobody was picking up and had to speak with a supervisor who advised him to email the facility - that market managers had emails on their phones and someone would respond. He promised to follow back up with me by end of day and - shocker - no call. I check online the following morning, 11/26, and it says my container has been delivered - I check my driveway - no container. So I called again and I’m on hold again while another rep is trying to locate my container. It is like starting all over again each time you call for the same issue. This Tampa facility seems to have failed to log the container number anywhere - which is what is causing all of the delivery delays. So now, here we are a day before Thanksgiving, with a third of our belongings missing, PODS scrambling to figure out where our container is. In all of my calls, it has been impossible to speak to a supervisor or manager. The reps are very limited in what they can do to help you. You would think they would have a better system to track their containers when they contain housefuls of their customers’ belongings. I am now sitting here waiting for Tampa Market Manager, Evan, to call me to provide the container ID so that I can call the main PODS line back and give it to them to share with the Atlanta facility so they can reschedule delivery again. If we can’t get it today, we are out of luck until Saturday due to the holiday. Extremely disappointing - I will be submitting BBB reviews and social media reviews everywhere until this issue is resolved.
