Ordered lashes they sent part of them wrong. Had me fill out the paperwork to request a change. Obviously I guess I did something wrong on their form and they sent out the exact same wrong stuff and won’t do anything about it. I am not your customer service rep you are mine, so probably last time I will order from this company.

WARNING—DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR LED LAMPS, after buying my new lamps in September 2022 I started to notice that the product was continually peeling off, despite curing for long periods of time. I finally call in today to their customer service (which is terrible by the way), June 2023, and they tell me they only honor a six month warranty. With how little I’ve used these two lamps this makes no sense for there to be issues. I have new lamps and no issues. Their lamps are not curing your product, make sure you check on a sample paper first to make sure your PNS Led lamp can even cure your product fully.

Premier is always fast to respond to any issue and immediately send a replacement if necessary. They are my go to supplier for nail products. They have fair pricing and good sales too.

I ordered a Kupa Manipro Passport 24k Rose Gold. When I received the item, it is the Ros`e. False Advertisement of a lesser popular color under a incorrect description of item... they dont carry. Punctuation is key in understanding the correct coloration. The asterisk over the `E, changes the word completely. 24k Rose Gold referring to metal used in Jewelry vs Ros`e referring to a wine/color. But they just make up the color Ros`e to mean 24k Rose Gold.Spoke to Rep and they were rude.

Very poor customer service! Ordered $100 with the products. Package was delivered and left on the street. Missing... as you would imagine and they would not do anything to help.... such a bad customer service.... very disappointed.... do not order from them if you don't want to deal with headaches! Wound not return my calls... poor, poor service!!! Stay away from this company.... if I can ill give them 0 stars!

I ordered a UV Lamp , base coat and top coat and never got my order! Told me the had no record of my invoice, even though I have a receipt where I paid for it! They are a joke!! I will never give my money to them again!!!

I've shopped online with this company a couple times and I have never been displeased. I contacted via telephone and I was able to speak with an agent who facilitated me with prompt service. Great products, great service!

While this place has reasonable prices, shipping costs,and brands I use, if I could give the customer service a negative star rating I would. They include a spot for notes when placing your order but no one actually sees them until you call in to complain no one has followed the notes. So I call in because once again, no one followed my instructions and the agent who answered the phone just kept telling me “that’s not how it works!” When I was attempting to explain the severity of the reasons I put notes in she proceeded to hang up on me. I attempted a return call and no answer. I’ve never once ordered from this company without a mistake to my order.

It seems I always get the wrong order or my products I need are always out of stock, they don’t send things the next day if they do mess up so now I have to go elsewhere to find things I need every day like files etc..

Been shopping here for along time 6 years. This company is not a fair and horrible customer service. Never had problems with my order but last two time i did. They did not try to fix the problem but basically said to bad it's your fault. Well thank you you have lost a customer.

I love that they provide discounts on CND periodically, but horrible customer service. I place a lot of orders with this business and they have made many shipping mistakes. I have numerous times received other salon's orders. I have always been honest and called them, repackaged the box and stored it until it could be picked up. Last week I received my shipment and there was a product in there that I did not order. I was told by them that I made this mistake and they would take it back if I paid for shipping. This was a $39 error that would cost me $25 to send back. Whats really bothers me is when I was ordering I double checked that I didnt click on this particular product, but they were relentless that this was my mistake. I had also placed another order that was around $700 in product that we desperately need and they shipped it to another salon. Upon calling them they could not provide an answer. Im pretty upset because her reply was she was going to have to track it. I told her I needed the products ASAP and her response was "we dont overnight"!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before making them my number one distributor. Premier should be taken out of the name of this business!

I’ve been ordering from PNS for... maybe ten years? Not massive volume but here and there for that long. I’ve never had a problem, with fast and reliable shipping. Just got a new order yesterday, everything was packed perfectly. Also REALLY glad they finally updated the website aesthetic some, though it could still get better.

Fast shipping! Arrived well packaged and love the free samples that come in my packages :) They have an excellent product selection at reasonable prices. Surprised at the amount of skincare and hair product lines they sell now. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Overall great experience!
