I love this brand and buy my husband a hat every time I see a store! They are not very common so it was a delight to see the store in my local mall! However the staff left alot to be desired. There were 3 employees. One woman wasn't very polite or helpful. A blanket "our hats are all around the store"... okay so how about asking what color or type I'd like? The other guys just kept circling her to talk to her. When I picked out what I wanted it felt like I was interrupting the conversation by wanting to be rung up. The woman even kinda huffed and puffed and stood up when I went to the register.

They are so concerned with folding and keeping the store organized that you feel uncomfortable to hold the pieces and to try on….
