I went in to this location not expecting much but was surprised when I was greeted and helped by Angela. She completely changed that narrative and exceeded expectations. She gave me all of the information I needed and asked for with no problem and was very nice and polite about it. Public Storage should be happy to have employees like Angela working in there stores!!!

Ms. Lisa helped me with my storage. Asked all the right questions to get me the exact size I needed. Was having a terrible day but was nice to get great customer service. Wish there was a Lisa at every place I do business with.

The older lady at the office keeps the door locked for the office and we had to wait for a while. Not sure what exactly she was doing but she kept going under the desk every few seconds

I have had 2 units at this location for over 1 year. Lisa set me up in the beginning and has always taken care of me. The property is exceptionally clean and always secure. I would recommend this location to everyone. Lisa will make you feel welcome and safe.
