I don’t know that these reviews are real, I needed storage for one month. Called and checked if a pad lock would suffice with customer service, they said yes. Got a call from them saying that my unit wasn’t properly locked. The lock they left in the storage had a key broken off in it, so it was unusable. They put their own lock on, and when I made plans to pick my things up on the 3rd they knew it would be emptied because there was no longer a lock. Needless to say, they are still attempting to charge my card for an empty unit, and refuse to leave a message with what it is they still require. They also took my lock and never put it back in the storage and went through my things. Go anywhere else.
Edit: Another property manager called me from Waters ave, explained we found that I hadn’t even rented the storage for a full month, and they were still trying to charge me for two months. Said that she would escalate it to her superior, not to charge for two months, and three days later, they’re still attempting to charge me. Since I can prove my dates and that the unit was emptied on the third with photos, my bank is blocking their charges as this is theft at this point. This place is a joke.

Just moved in 1 week ago. They said the first month was free. 4 days later I got a charge on top of the move in administrative fee. The month was not free. I ended up paying $80. Got a move out. Not good business practices.

Tasha was such a great help getting me my unit as well as informative about the entire process from moving in to the move out process. I would definitely recommend this location with awesome customer service support from the property manager TASHA!
