In 2023 I was paying 65.58 for a parking spot. Now in 2024 I am paying 113.95 for the exact same parking spot. Over a 1 year time frame that is nearly an 100% increase. There is no amount of "inflation" you can use as justification for that type of a rate increase.
Renter beware if you are storing anything here you won't store it for long. They will raise your rates by what I would consider a fairly large dollar figure in a very little time span.
I wish them all the best. They have lost my business (which I'm sure they don't care about. Onto the next person).

Clean facility, larger than view from the street. The manager explained, rates,
insurances and allowed me to inspect available units. We discussed my needs and walked me through cell phone access to the property. He was carrying and considerate while explaining Public Storage's policies and access.

Elliot got back to me in a timely manner and provided the best customer service I’ve had in the 4 years I’ve been renting from this location.
