This manager Mitch Dietz trespassed a person of color simply for asking to be vaccinated and was turned away. Please forward so another racist incident like what happened at Starbucks doesn’t happen again. This manager does not know how to lead nor manage and needs to be fired.

Always a great experience at this store. One of the Managers, Chris Mcdonald, goes out of his way to help customers and make sure everything runs smoothly and the store is well stocked. There needs to be more Managers like Chris. He makes a good impression for the store and is very friendly and helpful. I will always go to this store near my home. They have everything I need every time I go and they treat their customers very well. The food is always fresh and the store is very clean. I would highly recommend it for all your grocery needs.

This produce manager needs to get his act together. Today was the 7th curbside pick-up order where mushrooms were practically rotten with slimy brown spots. Sure, the shopper could have done better, but... why is the produce manager allowing piss-poor products like this to be stocked on the shelves in the first place? I sent the mushrooms back—again—and the replacements were good. I shouldn't have had to send them back to begin with. Get it together.

Being a former Publix employee I am not one to complain about small things, but this specific store is just disgraceful. Something that's suppose to separate Publix from other stores is customer service. Even the manager there, Michelle completely lacks that. She fails to communicate properly then is rude to me about it and also tells me how to ring my stuff up. She starts huffing and puffing over the issue.
