I usually take my grandmother shopping, however this time I wasn't able to help her due to a phone call I needed to take. By the time I walked in my grandmother was checking out. I asked my grandmother who helped her she said a young lady named Ash, now my grandmother has her "moods" and it takes a very patient person to deal with her. I just want to say a big Thank You!

Very knowledgeable and extremely kind! A friend recommended this location after I had a few too many bad experiences at a local CVS.Veronique, was so helpful! They even offered to call my old pharmacy to have the rest of my prescriptions sent over (which knowing from experience will take hours of retrying the busy number and lengthy holds).Thank you all for a very very lovely experience!

My husband had just left urgent care and was not feeling well. Our prescription was sent to another pharmacy that unfortunately did not have the medicine in stock. The other pharmacy never informed us. We contacted Publix and spoke to Brandon within less than 13 minutes of their scheduled closing on a Saturday night. Derrick contacted the other pharmacy and had the prescription forwarded to Publix. Derrick and Brandon also stayed a few minutes after closing so we could pick up our prescription and get a great night's sleep. Brandon and Derrick delivered excellent service.

Shopping is rarely a pleasure at this Publix location. Only three registers open (although self-serve registers were available) on a busy Friday afternoon. Waited in line for several minutes. Register did not ring up advertised BOGO deal. After pointing it out, card was credited. Female manager bagged my groceries. Got home and two prepared items for a dinner this evening was missing. Called customer service and the rep said to bring in receipt next time for credit without an apology or solution. Publix has delivery... why not bring me my items? Even offer to park in pick-up... something. He apologized when became frustrated and I asked if the items were turned in; he confirmed and then apologized (like pulling teeth). Drove back to the store and waited in another line. The male rep asked what I needed and I told him a bag was left out of my cart. The female manager (who left the bag out of my cart) told him it was at Instacart fridge. He brought it back to me and neither apologized for the inconvenience or even, "have a great day" or "thank you for shipping Publix!" Winn Dixie sounds like a much better option in the future.

I've been on prescription medication since I was 8 years old, and only switched to Publix for my pharmacy a few months back and it's been a painless experience working with them. If I need a prescription refilled, it's done incredibly quickly. Sometimes, my provider can be a pain to deal with and the pharmacists and techs here do an amazing job of handling my doctor's office and identifying potential delays or problems before they arise, so that they can be dealt with by me or my doctor quickly. I also went to get my covid booster and flu shot here and signing up was easy and I had practically no wait when I came for my appointment. I've had plenty of bad experiences elsewhere so I think it's important to make note that Publix has been exceptional.

This review is for vaccinations at this location's pharmacy. This is the location where I have received my last two flu shots, and today, I had the first of my COVID vaccine series. For flu shots, you can walk in and request a shot. That process takes about 15 minutes, between filling out a form and having them verify your insurance. Usually, there's some sort of Publix gift card associated with getting your flu shot there. For the COVID vaccine, you need to sign up online. Right now, you really should try to sign up as soon as they drop more appointments (usually at 6 or 7am a few times per week, check your local paper). It took 20 minutes of my cellphones refreshing before I was able to get into their scheduler, but after that, everything couldn't be easier. I was able to go to my local store, and the whole in-person process from there was less than 20 minutes, from filling out the form, getting the shot, to waiting for 15 minutes (in the store, can wait in the observation area or browse the aisles). Much easier than the reports from the county COVID programs!

Deli seems to always be low on bread and asks too many questions.

Every time I go in to get my meds, there’s Pharmacist named PAUL that judges me harshly and seems aggravated that I’m even there... I’ve used different pharmacies before but they are extremely expensive compared to Publix; so I will be switching, I’m writing this review because I called in today to call and ask what time they’re closing due to the covid19 hours varying, and he told me “I leave at 9” as a response, and when I asked if I could see if my prescription was ready, I was flatly told “you know you can check that on the app right” as if me calling was just inconveniencing them. If I have to pick up my prescription 2-3 days early, it’s never a problem for any other pharmacy technician except him for some reason, as I was told the policy was 5 days beforehand and because of this he makes it appear as if I’m drug seeking; I resent being treated this way and I dread going to the pharmacy when I see him at the counter. I’m a human being, Paul.

I usually go to this Publix--I went yesterday to do my shopping and one of the items I bought was a 30 count of eggs. I put the eggs on the bottom of the cart on top of my seltzer's. As I was a foot away from my car the eggs fell and broke everywhere in the parking lot. I really didn't want to leave broken eggs all over the parking lot or leave trash in the parking lot so I was about to start picking them up. I was a little annoyed because then I'd have to also go back inside and wait in line to buy eggs again. A girl by the name of Kennedy was outside gathering carts. She came up to me and told me she would clean the eggs and she would go inside and get me a new box of eggs. She was so calm and so sweet and did not seem annoyed or angry by the broken eggs. She seemed so happy to help & she seemed happy to be at her job. I was honestly so impressed because I feel like in most cases people would be annoyed if something like this happened. I thanked her multiple times. I really could not believe how helpful she was. Her attitude was everything any employer would hope to have. So props to Kennedy!!! She deserves a raise.

Just went there to get a flu shot. Specifically asked for the Quadrivalent flu shot. In fact I conveyed my request to both the pharmacist and the assistant who gave the shot. They ignored my request and gave me the Fluad Adjuvant shot. If you can't trust them to listen to you when your request is made so clearly, how can you trust them in other areas?

Horrible! It's been almost a week since my doctor submitted my prescription and they still cannot fill the script. Don't use Publix you'll probably be dead by the time you get the prescription.
