The service at the pharmacy is very slow. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. You can easily be waiting 30 + mins to talk to someone. Super Disappointed. Looking for faster service!!!

This Publix may not be the cleanest in the system or the most well stocked but it is the one I go to most and has always been great. They work hard to serve us and in the end they win. Thank you.

The Publix store is conveniently situated downtown and provides plenty of parking options. You can find the parking lot on the second level, and the elevators are located nearby. They are spacious enough to accommodate your cart. Publix is our preferred grocery store, and we have shopped at different locations without any issues. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist customers with questions or needs. The stores are consistently clean and well-organized with clear aisle markings indicating the location of each grocery item. What sets Publix apart is its bakery section. Hand-made breads and fresh produce are always delicious; their cakes are our favorite. Overall, we highly recommend Publix for your grocery needs. I have always had a hassle-free checkout experience at Publix, aided by their diverse payment options. Additionally, their loyalty program offers users discounts upon signup. The lady at the customer desk on 11/6, made me feel like I was trying to commit fraud when I asked a favor to able to pay for 2 bags of Cheetos with manually inputting my SNAP number and Pin. Even after I told that over the weekend, I was able get make a snap purchase without the actual physical card I unfortunately lost with one of the manager/supervision, she refused. I even offered to show my identification to this particular customer service lady; since I was able to that with the manager at the Westgate Shopping/Anderson Rd Publix store; who was more than willing to to verify my name and driver's license info to validate that I am indeed the real SNAP recipient of the specified EBT Account in question.

Shopping is a pleasure is the best way to describe this place! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. From the cashiers, people of the floor to the employee that took my cart. I understand why the prices are higher because of customer service& paying their employees well. I will keep shopping here! Definitely recommend

Called ahead to ask if meds were ready, told yes, get there 20 minutes later and they're not ready. Need to sit and wait another 20? Get it together, Publix!

More like 3.5 stars. Good Publix but not my favorite. The location is convenient for commuters that often travel through the Sheldon/Memorial/W Hillsborough intersection. There are multiple entry and exit points but the parking lot is too small and always feels congested. The best features are the deli and sushi counter. This Publix always serves fresh deli meats, freshly cooked chicken out the oven, and the sushi chef tends to be present. I never have to wonder how long the prepared food has been sitting out because the flavorful first bites are telling. The rest of the store feels a bit outdated to me. Compared to newer or quieter Publix stores, this one seems older and physically displays wear and tear. Publix Liquor store is attached next door, plus there are tables with umbrellas outside for those who can't wait to rip open their Publix subs.
