They have the worst customer service ever. I go there about twice a month and every single time I'm being rushed and given attitude by techs and pharmacist. But it's the closest pharmacy.

I came rushing into the Publix pharmacy at 5 mins before closing and the sweetest and most understanding pharmacist took care of me to help fill my bfs script we just picked up from the hospital. I know he probably wasn't happy about me coming in 5 mins before closing and usually I hate these types of people myself, but he was able to take care of us. I'm so thankful I also told the Publix mgr (I think his name was cavenough or something similar) I told him how kind the pharmacist was and how appreciative we were for helping at the last moment and I started crying since I am just at my witt's end. Seriously, thank you guys and thank you pharmacist, Mr John Flood. This is why I choose you over other pharmacies any day and everyday. Mr. Flood went above and beyond for my family and I am so thankful for you.

I work close to this Publix so I decided to stop by to pick up a prescription that was at another Publix near by. The lady said “wait around 30 minutes and we will have it ready for you”. I waited 35 minutes and came back, she told me “we dont have that prescription here and unfortunately the other Publix cancelled your order”. Not even an I am sorry, I apologize. She should have made sure she had the prescription in stock before she cancelled the other order. Now I am at the Publix on Van Dyke and the pharmacist says they didn’t call her to refill my order. For a Publix, this is a really bad Customer Service. Needless to say I will keep shopping at the Van Dyke location

Publix has a good pharmacy, prices are decent, and the service is usually fairly quick. Flu shots and other vaccinations are available inexpensively, and usually no charge if you have decent insurance. Staff is always great, and willing to discuss your prescriptions if needed. Good place to go for what you need!

Tuesday morning I dropped off prescription and Gabriella the pharmacy technician helped save me $65! That’s excellent customer service. Good job Publix! ❤️❤️❤️

Nice store, but their meat selection sucks. They got rid of their meat counter and put like prepped meals in there. Now all their selections are just not good cuts of steaks at all. The Walmart down the road has better steaks.

Worst Customer Service ever experienced at my neighborhood Publix, for many many years! An associate named Kathy treated me like I was not with the breath we breathe. During these times nice is key! I ALWAYS compliment all the great service I’ve received at this store. And Donnie is an Amazing manager, but this incident had me in tears, and I will never shop this store again, I will drive a bit further.

Normally I love Publix - Any other day there are wipes to sanitize the carts... Yesterday and Today no wipes available to wipe the carts. But there are wipes on the shelves. Called the pharmacy and asked if the had a nebulizer mask and tube available for purchase? Explained I just needed this for my machine I had at home, as I misplaced my mask and tube and needed a treatment. Rep placed me on hold and came back and said yes. Got to the store to only be told I couldn't purchase the mask and tube as I needed a script.... Went to an urgent care and got one from the front desk w/o a script or seeing a doctor. Just poor service in this day and time with a pandemic on our hands.

On 2/20/20, I bought hamburger buns from the bakery. When I got home to feed the family, I noticed green mold looking spots on a bun. Thinking maybe it’s something from the bakery that got stuck on it? I grab next two and they are all like that. Definitely appears to be some kind of mold. The next day I take it back to the store, not so much for the money but the fact that it was just bothersome. The clerk just says ok and asked me if I wanted another one? I’m thinking, why would I want any other bread from here after that??!
